If 10 stars were an option, that still would not be enough for the ladies at Open Skies Vacations - this was our first time using a travel agent and the experience could not have been any better. Extremely friendly and easy to work with. They communicated with us every step of the way!! We were enjoying our time in Cancun celebrating our 25th. anniversary so much we decided to see if we could extend our stay a few more days. We didn't know if it were possible but sent them an email and within just a few hours we had our new flight information, hotel reservation extended, and airport transportation rescheduled - and all was done while sitting under the sun on the beautiful beach at Sun Palace in Cancun!!! They even followed up with me on the weekend to make sure we had received all our paperwork and also followed up after we got home to see how the trip went. Absolute best customer service!!!! Will definitely work with them again and again!!! Thank you, Robin and Kelly, for a most wonderful and memorable experience!!!!

Robin Birke is the Absolute BEST!!
