Rhonda and her team were amazing!!! I could not have been happier with their services. After my initial plans to DIY most of my wedding set up and decor, I realized well into planning that I would have no time to help set anything up at the venue due to makeup and hair the day of, etc..so I was seriously stressed as I did not have any additional help. My venue owner/day-of-coordinator recommended Rhonda with glowing reviews and praise. I am so glad I reached out to her!! She is very reasonably priced and we hired her to help with the ceremony and reception setup, as well as the maintenance throughout the event. Rhonda arrived even earlier than expected at the venue (10AM) and briefly left after setup for a short break, only to come back to help with cleanup throughout the reception and they even stayed after (till well after 11PM) to help pack up our decor!
WOW, is all I can say. Honestly, she took my vision and made it come to life. The result was absolutely beautiful and honestly, I don't know what we would have done without her and her sons. They truly made the event go smoothly and their services were invaluable. I would recommend her to anyone's event, she knows what she's doing and is so kind and professional. It is the type of help that you don't know you need and then when you have it, don't know how anything would have functioned without it. Thank you so much Rhonda for your part in our event, you have such a kind heart and impeccable taste!!

Rhonda was an absolutely AMAZING coordinator/decorator for our wedding! I loved working with her. She was always very responsive and willing to work with all the ideas I had in mind. The venue was decorated beautifully by her and her team, and the venue itself was gorgeous as well (The Gardens at Old Town Helotes). I would definitely recommend Rhonda for your wedding/event needs. She made sure everything ran smoothly the whole night. Thank you for making our special day so amazing!!

Wow! Rhonda and staff from out of the Ordinary were stellar! What a beautiful set up and break down of our wedding. The service through and through was so smooth and caring. Thank you so much for being there throughout our entire wedding at Elm Pass Woods this past weekend. I can't believe how much time and energy you saved us, and it all was so beautifully put together. All of our personal items were also handled with such respect and made packing up and leaving an absolute dream. Thank you again! Your prices are an absolute steal for what you do too!

Rhonda was perfect at planning my sisters wedding! It was absolutely beautiful on decorating and with Rhonda taking over and coordinating her wedding allowed the bride to have a stress free day on her beautiful day. There was constant communication through out the entire event. I definitely recommend her to any new bride to be!

Honestly I am pretty disappointed. Rhonda made herself out to be exactly what I was looking for, but the day of the wedding was a disaster. They completely disregarded the seating chart I made and my husband pointed this out which caused a huge fight with them saying it was too much work to fix the seating chart. After my husband decided to do it himself, the coordinator FINALLY started fixing the seating chart. Next issue, I was told in our first meeting that they will be around for all of the pictures taken to help adjust any hand placements or dress issues, etc. On the day of the wedding, she was not around for a single picture that was taken and I saw her maybe once after the wedding actually started. On to the next issue, I used cloth napkins for dinner so I asked her to please save all of the used napkins so I could wash and save them. She agreed, but the morning after the wedding I texted her asking where they were since they were no where to be found and she said she didn’t know what they were in and just that the reception space was cleaned. So I am missing all of those cloth napkins. They also put all of my wet floral arrangements and vases in plastic closed boxes so they were molded by the time I was able to get them out. Finally, we wanted to have a private last dance while the guests were getting ready for a sparkler send off. None of the coordinator team was around to start our music so I walked over and couldn’t get it going. I called over a coordinator helper, but as soon as he started getting it going, Rhonda came in and yelled at him to not touch the device playing the music then left. After that the doors opened and we did not get a last dance at all and immediately had to go into the sparkler send off. I think even with it raining for my wedding day, the worst part of my special day was the coordination team and the above listed issues…
