An amazing experience with Stuart Supervisor who stepped into help after Odell did his best to help me with my bad experience at Hyderabad Airport returning back to Los Angeles with a Dubai stop over. I applaud Stuart's efforts and dedication to customer satisfaction and providing such a wonderful service. Showing empathy and always courteous and professional even after a couple of my frustration expressing phone conversations. He was very patient and accommodating. I am thrilled that Ovago got a lifetime customer proving that you and the organization truly care for your customers and go above and beyond to take responsibility and resolve the issues!

We have a change from our tour packages which require some changes to our flight plans. Ovago customer support team had provide the support to investigate the changes and provide the cost variances immediately. The professional and patience during the process is highly regarded as one of the best .

Overall it was a great experience. The only issue was that we paid for seats together, but on the last leg of the flight (11.5 hours), we were separated by 5 rows. If we had not paid for seats, it would not be a big deal, but to pay for them and still get separated was a bit frustrating. They weren't cheap. The service team, Rod most especially, was great to work with and tried very hard to get us taken care of.

Customer service kept in touch through email and by phone until my issue was resolved. Far superior service than trip.com who busted my ass for more than a month and getting my refund. I'd recommend ovago.

Absolutely terrible customer service and immature company. Never book through them - you are in for a scam.

For a simple flight change due to urgent health related circumstances, they kept us on hold for hours and still could not find a solution to rebook our flights. This should be a simple process given this is their core business.
