It's a toll road. I hate them but they exist so sometimes I have to use them. Do know what more I can say. The toll taker was nice. I had exact change. She appeared to be grateful. The road itself was in good shape. It gives the strong impression that a majority of the funds collected are used maintaining at a minimum the stretch of highway I was traveling through.

Very positive experience. No issues with transactions allowing for a smooth entry and exit. No issues with the layout or staff operators at the toll facilities. The flow of traffic moves through quickly and effortlessly without obstruction. Recommended as a pleasant experience.

I followed the directions of my Google map and I saw toll booths but google said stay to your far left for not use booths. So I made sure their were no signs stating it was easy pass and their were no signs, I didn't even know I was on the Turnpike so when I exited at Fort Washington there was a booth. I explained to the lady and showed her the directions google gave me. But it didn't matter that was the most costly ride I ever took using goggle maps and navigation I had to paid $43.50 which I think goggle maps should reimburse me for. Now when I go anywhere I'm using my real navigation system and thinking about removing goggle maps, since I got the LGBT Tribute phone I have had nothing but problems. Very disappointed with the phone and their apps. Boost is my carrier but I'm thinking to switching to AT&T. Google please fix your maps and navigation app. And re imburse me my money or I may get an Attorney

Well, who wants to read a review of a turnpike toll plaza? If you are on the PA Turnpike and you need to exit at Ft Washington, then I don't suppose this review will dissaude you. The Ft Washington exit is not the worst, it is better than Willow Grove, but it is still a bottle neck due to not enough lanes.

Sorry to say people at the toll booth do not know what exit to tell you get off to get to your destination. A lot of road changes and when you do not use on a daily bases it can be confusing.

I paid the toll with cash. I still got a ticket in the mail two weeks later, as if I did not pay. Be sure to hold onto your receipts. Is some booth attendant pocketing the cash?
