I have helped twice in the planning of a party here and the experience has been TERRIBLE. We were told we had access to the venue at 1pm and when we got there to prep for our event that started at 2pm, we found the owner arriving to clean the space. Nothing was set up and table clothes were stained. We ended up buying plastic table clothes last minute. As we are moving and setting up tables and chairs, owner is moping and telling us space is not ready. Both times we rented the venue! She stayed there the entire time we were setting up, hoovering and making the set up unpleasant. I do not recommend this space.

The venue is beautiful once decorated. It’s spacious and enough for a large party. We had fun. It will definitely be memorable. I have gave a rating of three stars for the sole purpose of the following reasons. The owner was no where to be found when we needed help with a broken toilet. My husband the groom had to fix it himself so the women could use the restroom. Secondly the event was to end at 1 am. But we waited for the owner to show up and cleaned up as much as possible and left right before 2 am before she got there. Mind you the venue includes a cleaning fee. The contract doesn’t state to what extent the cleaning is. We went home and enjoyed the rest of our weekend. After 2 months we waited to receive our “deposit” back. I reached out and asked if she was going to send it. She text me back saying that we had broken two chairs, and that the venue was more dirty than usual so she would keep the deposit. I requested for pictures and nothing. I don’t understand why she didn’t tell me the next day or the week after. At this point I don’t care about the measly $300 but it’s the lack of communication since the day of the event. Anyways like I stated above. It’s a great venue but the owner needs to work on communicating. Also F.Y.I plumbers charge $150-250 to fix a broken toilet. Imagine doing that on our wedding day.

My daughter enjoyed her Quinceanera very much! The venue, service, decor, music, lighting was what we expected. We enjoyed the party even more knowing that everything was set in place! Thank you!

I’m so glad that I found an affordable venue here in Lewisville. I was able to schedule my daughter’s party with only 3 weeks notice. This place is so beautiful and clean. Parking is amazing, I didn’t have to worry about my guest parking so far away. Location is awesome, some other places I looked at were in a bad neighborhood and wanted to charge more than double for what I paid at Paez Event Venue. The quality of the table cloths and decor is just the best! I’m so glad I rented this venue, I will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a venue rental and I will be back 🙂

Spacious venue, the owner was helpful from the beginning and we had everything we requested in place an on time. We enjoyed our party with no complains. Very satisfied with the service.
