Horrible. Never answer the phone. Or when they answer, they put you on hold for a very long time then hang up m I went there and he spent 50 minutes chatting with others and didn't even help. I visited twice and no help and no phone answered.
I don't recommend them at all

I was planning to attend a family member wedding in Jordan and a friend of mine referred me to to book my flight through Palm Travel Agency and found that the round trip fare to Amman from San Francisco on Jordanian Airlines was much cheaper that other travel agents. I like their customer service and we will book our flight thru this travel agency during the summer vacation.
