Machelle Proctor, a travel agent with Panache Cruises is a true credit to her profession. From the first time I called Panache Cruises she put me at ease. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. No question was too small and she was extremely patient with me. Our booking became complicated at one point and she stayed on top of every detail and produced an outcome that we couldn’t be happier with. We recently booked my very first cruise through Paul Kelly at Panache, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience!!! I typically want to do everything on my own from researching to booking all aspects of travel, the flights, the insurance, the hotel, the activities, etc. After just spending hours finally narrowing down where we wanted to go on a cruise (of which this would be my first) As well as trying to decide on what ship/line would be good for my first cruise, I just happened to stumble upon an ad for Paul Kelly at Panache.
So I sent off a request for a quote for a specific cruise, and promptly received a reply. Being the skeptic that I am I then researched to make sure he wasn’t a bot or just part of some major call center and he immediately replied and advised he was available to chat over the phone to answer any questions.

From the start, he was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the pros and cons of small/large ships, services, type of vacation desired etc. and took the time to understand what we were looking for and recommended the perfect cruise for us.

Not only did Panache find us a better deal, than booking directly through the cruise line. but he also helped with many of the details, from explaining what to expect on board to info about our ports etc. and the purchase of one household travel insurance policy covering us for this trip, as well as others we are taking this year, with a savings of almost half of what my insurance agent was quoting me.

If you're new to cruising or just want an expert to handle the details, we highly recommend Paul Kelly with Panache. I look forward to my phone calls with him discussing different parts of the world we want to also travel to in the next year or two and hearing all of his experiences and adventures from living in different countries as well as places he has traveled.
We'll definitely be using Paul again for our future trips! This is customer service, not often found anymore, highly recommended help for all your dream destinations!

I recently booked a cruise through Panache Cruises and couldn't be happier. I was so fortunate to find a terrific advisor and travel agent, Paul Kelly. He answers my many questions quickly, is very price competitive , and is an all-around great travel agent. The quotes he sends are the most professional and informative that I have seen.
