The staff were so kind and helpful with any questions we had! (We had lots of questions about where to eat, etc and they answered with a smile and never made us feel like we were bothering them lol) They also gave us a nice gift when we checked in, which was a great surprise. Poseidon's rest was the perfect place for our family! The home was absolutely beautiful and the views of the Gulf were stunning! The kids loved the wooden walkway leading to the beach. We will definitely be returning to this home!

Great condos; terrible business tactics.

Take care of your customers and do what’s necessary to correct the issue as soon as possible.

They did none of that. 72 hour sequence listed out below.

Refrigerator & freezer went out within 24 hours of our arrival.

Paradise’s first step - blame us…it’s too packed, door was left open etc.

Paradise’s second step - send someone who verbatim told us it’s not his job to look at refrigerators, and then tell me on a phone call a few minutes later that no one else was coming and that maintenance person was the only one they were sending.

Paradise’s third step - after being called out on their shady second step, send out a tech who verified the refrigerator had a freon leak and would only get worse over the week.

Paradises’s fourth step - send out two technicians who had no idea it had a freon leak, didn’t have the tools to fix the problem, and were not knowledgeable on how to fix a R600 freon system.

Paradises’s fifth step - call me and say they would give me $25 a day credit for all of the food that was lost over a 7 day stay.

You’ll get a great condo but once you’ve paid your money don’t expect much if something goes wrong.

My family and I have stayed in Navarre every year for at least the past three years. We have booked through numerous agencies. This by far has been the worst. Upon arrival, our condo was disgusting. Floors looked liked they haven’t been mopped in months, mold in bathroom and kitchen, and apparently there is a water leak behind one of the walls. To use the dryer you had to shoulder it then pick up on it then slam it just to work. Oh and did I mention that we had a complete stranger come into our condo and enter into my children’s room?!?!? When told about the day 1 problems their excuse was that it was busy season and things may have been neglected but nothing was done until day 2. Dryer door still doesn’t work, lock wasn’t changed, and their remedy was a refund of $75 for the cleaning fee. $75!!!!!! How insulting?!?!!!. The microwave handle apparently had been super glued so many times that the first time you use it, it breaks. The bathroom lights work when they want to, have to gamble when the hot water will come on to take a shower, the hot tub was out of order the whole week we were out, and every single door had to be picked up on to be able to close it. Wish I knew the owner of the condo because I would definitely like to let them know what kind of people are running their rentals. After talking to several other guests it was apparent we weren’t the only ones disappointed and upset. Others were without a dryer, doors wouldn’t open, locks wouldn’t lock. We will never stay at the Pearl ever again. We were so disappointed and my children distraught over a stranger just barging in our room that we contemplated cutting our vacation short. We work hard for our money and its a shame we didn’t come close to getting our money worth.

Horrible left my 2nd day and Marla at front office has eye rolling problem and called me days later about us asking for our money back full refund 3600.00 and my wife cleaned the place and there was no end to cleaning. I have 14 minutes solid Horrible videos of the place stayed and the pictures on line showed to look good . I would like for Mr or Mrs. Paradise Beach homes to contact me asap . Before I start wasting my last days of vacation posting videos because yalls mangers or office worker wouldn't do the right thing . Happy birthday to my wife BTW.I guess I will tag this company on YouTube and post this video since I can't put video here. Then I'll tag it on my Facebook. Do what's right .I'm not happy.

Well managed rental agency. The ladies in the office in Navarre were helpful and efficient. Met one of the maintenance staff at the rental and was kind enough to show me a property that I was looking at for future rental.
