Purchased 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor. Was happy with their sales team and finance team to support me with the purchase of my new vehicle. No stress or gimmicks straight forward customer service 10 plus. Dan Beaver and the entire staff at Parker Motor Company made the special order and purchase process go very smooth. They are all honest and professional. The issues were identified quickly, not something shocking, part of normal wear, still expensive. Work was done timely.

I have to take the car back. The fuel pump was replaced. There are overwhelming gasoline fumes in my garage from the car.

Also, when I picked up the car, the interior was filthy, the carpet, door, steering wheel. I had to get cleaning wipes just to be able to get in. I did complain and they’re going to e it right.

I’ve had great service in the past. I was disappointed with this visit.

Just had 109,000 miles service done, the technician failed to reinstall the oil cap didn't find out myself until whole underside of my truck was glossed over. Called and was told they would refill to top off oil and next oil change is free...kinda scared about getting oil change gond here again.ssid they would bleN the truck.......well today 10/02/24 Parker Ford came through...they did a complete oil change cleaned the underside of my truck, washed and vac'ed the truck. Looking good and feeling much better about Parker Ford. Seems if you think they have done you wrong give 'we m another chance. Seems I was inconvenienced with an accident which can happen to anyone.

They serviced the vechicle in a timely manner and did a great job actually had two trks in there at the same time. The other truck needed the front end checked. They found it was out of alignment so they adjusted it. Got both trks back within 2 hrs. Awesome. Thanks guys.
