These girls stay open until the last minute thank goodness, I need last minute pirate get up for my 4 year old, they hooked me up and I'm so grateful. I mean I showered up with 5 minutes to spare on closing time. They are sweet, helpful and I'll never drive all the way to Huntsville to go to the party store, ours here in town has everything!

The lady named Brooke didn't know me at all I called her in desperate need because of party city on university drive in Huntsville (never go there) not being able to blow up my balloons until an hour or so later (even though I had made prior arrangements with them) and Brooke even tho they were closing within 30 mins and it would take me 45 mins to get there agreed to help me and blow up my ballons.. Unbelievable amazing customer service!!! In this world we live in being so selfish and not caring about one another it is so good to see someone care as Brooke did..she ended up helping me even more in the end and helped make my daughter's ( whose name also is brooke) 14th birthday party happen this birthday is the first we've been together in such a long time and I am truly thankful for miss Brooke and her incredible customer service and kind heart!!! Please give this girl a raise or something don't let go of such a good employee!!

Worst store ever. The owner is down right rude. I have never been so mad when I have left a store. My children were holding small toys and playing with each other. She quickly said alright kids put the toys down. Which my children didnt hesitate to do so. However, it made me mad because she never even ask if I was going to purchase these items. So I put the items that I was going to purchase up and told her I would never buy anything from her store again. She said oh well its my store. And I should teach my kids manners. My children are very well mannered. She is an old miserable lady that has nothing better to do than to try and make other peoples lives miserable. She was disrespectful and very thoughtless when dealing with a customer.

I used to love this store, but not after my last purchase. Make sure to check every single item before you leave cause they give you a hard time on exchanges WITH receipts & you only get 2 exchanges. I will not spend a single dime here again!! Unfortunately I've already given them hundreds of dollars over the years before finding out how ridiculous they could be.. Sincerely, a very disappointed ex-customer!! I'll be taking my money to Huntsville's party stores from now on!!
