I have nothing but amazing things to say about Debbie and Party Perfect Orlando. We selected Debbie as our event planner for our Golden Gala 50th Anniversary Celebration and it was the best decision we could have made!!
From start to finish, Debbie was focused on creating a cohesive theme at our event and making all of our dreams come true. Debbie is a creative genius and found a way to have our theme spread to every inch of our event!
She connected us to the best vendors and then helped us manage those interactions and guided us through every aspect of the event planning journey! On the day of the event, she was there to help our vision come to life and make sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night!

We are a small non profit organization and we were so thrilled with how much effort Debbie put into to keeping us under our budget! She was constantly looking at how much we had spent and what still needed to be done and made sure that we got the best deals on vendors, decor, and entertainment without straying away from our vision. Debbie also worked hard to make sure we exceeded our fundraising goals for the event by optimizing our timeline and making the night enjoyable!

Choosing Party Perfect Orlando as our event planner gave us peace of mind while planning our event and it was truly the perfect choice 🙂

Emily and I celebrated our wedding a few weeks ago in Florida, and we had the most incredible experience working with Debbie, owner of Party Perfect Orlando! We asked her to pull off a specific wedding look (custom dance floor and all) and she did not hesitate to make it happen!

Party Perfect planned everything for my daughter’s wedding, rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch. Debbie is a joy to work with, very knowledgeable and efficient. She is unflappable, always smiling, and quietly gets it all done. Many asked me how I was so calm throughout the weekend. I had one answer: Debbie Mintzer and her helpers!

She connected us to and then managed vendors for music, flowers, printing, transportation, tents, lights, bar, wine, catering, painting, cake, decor… She knew who would do a good job and fit with our plans. She kept track of a detailed budget for me.

Once we agreed on selections, Debbie magically made it all come to life. Her attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind is a true gift. Debbie thinks of and handles details that matter, but never would have even crossed my mind. She customized many of those details to make it a special, thoughtful celebration. We had a magical weekend celebration for my daughter and whole family.

I don’t for a second think it would have been half as nice if I had done it all myself. I know it would not as been as much fun for the bride and me.

I wish I could give Party Perfect 6 stars. Debbie was phenomenal from start to finish, and our event surpassed our wildest dreams. She took it to a level that was beyond our expectations while maintaining the relaxed vibe we wanted. Everything was flawless, from the invitations to the decor to the food to the entertainment. Probably most important, though, Debbie is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is thoughtful and accommodating, but not afraid to share her expertise where an idea could derail the event. I will not use another event planner as long as Party Perfect is in business.
