We have rented from the Party Rental Guyz for years. They are fast, efficient and reliable... For the Last 2 rentals we did the Adrenaline Rush II and we all had a Blast with it. It is fun for the whole Family. Every 2 years we have our Family Reunion and these Guyz never disappoint.

We went through this company because of all of the great reviews but it was an absolute nightmare to get a hold of the Party Rental Guyz on anything. The only time I ever got a call back from them was when I called to pay off my balance. They called the day before my wedding to tell me that they would be running an hour or 2 late which made it more difficult for us but what you gonna do? Then the day came of the wedding and they were late, I called them multiple replies and got no answer .The dropoff time was 9-10 and we heard nothing from them until around 12 when they finally called me back and told me that they were running a "little late" and that they were sorry and give me a full refund and deliver the tables. Tables did get delivered (thankfully) and the wedding was great but now I've been calling The Party Rental Guyz about every day to get this promised refund and have yet to get a hold of anyone but an answer machine that I kept getting on my wedding day. Steer very clear of this company, they do not communicate with you and probably will be late.

Everything was excellent! The booking process was very easy. The guys that came to set up the bounce house were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The bounce house itself was perfect for our event (the kids had a blast!) and easy to use. The delivery and pick up were hassle free. These guys are my new go-to for rentals - you can't beat the service, quality or price. Highly recommend!

Matt and his team were awesome. I gave him my budget and what I wanted to accomplish, and he gave me numerous options that were exactly what I was hoping for. The hardest part was narrowing down what we wanted… we wanted it all!! Lol Drop off and pickup was easy and they were super accommodating. We’ve used twice now and most definitely will be using them again!

I would first like to say that I understand that every company is going to have a bad day. However, it’s the response that matters and “party rental guyz” is severely lacking. We ordered tables and chairs from this company for our wedding and our original contracted delivery time was for 8:15am. We emailed back and forth, signed the contract, and paid in full months before the event. Fast forward to one (1) day before at 7:30pm we get a phone call from them saying they’ll need to move the delivery to 9:00am - 10:00am. Okay, this will be harder but still doable so we hesitantly agree. Keep in mind that our setup is quite simple but we can not do any of it until receiving these tables and chairs. Now. It’s the day off and we arrive to the venue where our family and friends are helping us get it prepared to discover that there are still not tables and chairs at 11:00. We are panicking and attempting to contact “party rental guyz” who did not warn us of this delay and do not answer a single one of our magnitude of calls. They did not call back until 12:00pm and did not arrive until 12:30pm (that’s 4 hours and 15 minutes later than our contracted time). Following this they offered us a full refund for the inconvenience and informed us that we would just need to call in the next day. Well, we have tried calling every single day since then and have not received an answer, call back, or even an email. Still no refund.

(TLDR: Don’t use this company if you want your event to happen on time, any form of communication, or your sanity.)

Update: It has now been one entire month since this event and we have yet to hear anything back from this company.

Final Update: After over a month of attempting to contact them we finally gave up on a civil resolution and filed a dispute with our bank. This closes a very stressful chapter and I sincerely hope that nobody else deals with this amount of frustration.
