I had a very dissatisfying experience with the cruise I booked. We booked for a cruise scheduled for Sunday at 2pm a week in advance, but it was unexpectedly canceled at 12:10pm on Sunday due to a "weather advisory". Despite the weather being absolutely beautiful that Sunday at 2pm, they had the boat go out at 4pm along with 6pm that Sunday for the other two parties. That was truly disappointing. With such short notice of cancellation it was extremely inconvenient for us, especially since my party and I were already on our way to Milford to ensure we would be there by 1:30. Despite purchasing refundable tickets, we did not receive refunds until we requested them. I had to reach out to Pedal Cruise 3 days after it was canceled because no one from their team had contacted us prior to my call on Sunday and Tuesday. I left a message with someone in the office and they said I would receive a call back. However, I never received a call back but instead got a text message when I asked for a call back. Very unprofessional, unorganized and lacked communication.

We had the best time on the peddle cruise! We were on the 8:00 pm cruise and got to see the beautiful sunset. The Captain and first mate were awesome. I'd do this again!
