I used SMP for mr CPAP equipment. When they sold to Penn Highlands there service has turned no. Existent. I have not has supplies for 6 months. I've called and left messages with no return calla. I called their Kane store 3 weeks ago. I was told the order was in and they would send out the supplied. Still no supplies. Horrible business

Was told if I met the qualifications for a CPAP that my insurance will pay for it.
Got a letter saying i qualified and I'm good to go.
2 years later I'm getting a letter saying my insurance isn't paying for it and that I have to return it or I'm going to be charged around $3,000 for the unit unless I return it.

This is the worst Medical Supply Company that I have ever dealt with, our DuBois community was so much better off with the prior company. After almost loosing my husband twice and was told a CPAP is crucial for his survival, I still have no CPAP or even a call. That was 2 months ago, they need to be shut down, so unethical, it's all about the dollar! sad and disgusting!!!

Very rude and dismissive staff. It seemed like they went out of their way to make the process as long and difficult as possible. They clearly did not want my business, and I was happy to go elsewhere.

Refuse to give me new C PAP equipment my machine is over 8 yrs old replacement light has been on for over a year, insurance recommends 5 year replacement, can't remember last time they replace my mask and tubing, never checked my equipment, employees are rude,dubois,brookvile, and st Marys,they all are the most ncompetent,arrogant,and most ignorant people I have ever experienced and I worked in health care 20 years. Don't know how they stay in buisness. My PCP told me every one of her patients with them are disgusted with them!

Had to give 1 star cause that's the lowest I could go, but they are actually minus 10 +. Compared to when this use to be DuBois Medical Supply, it now SUCKS! I have missed out on CPAP supplies paid by my insurance since my out of pocket max has been met because they don't stock anything anymore! Still waiting on headgear from November, and will be eligible for another mask, tubing, filters in a couple weeks. But since they don't stock anything, I'll lose our of free supplies once again! Penn Highlands you should be ashamed of yourselves for ruining a once great Company. I'm gonna call around Monday to find somebody else so that I can get supplies before my new out of pocket starts again in January. Penn Highlands instead of building hospitals that you can't staff, take care of the ones you have now, and you'll have the money to pay people a living wage with good benefits at your Hospitals, Pharmacies, and Medical Supply offices!

I gave them a script to get a CPAP machine in June 2023 of last year. She told me it would take she told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks it’s been 6 to 8 months and they haven’t even called me yet. This is ridiculous would never go there ever again I definitely stay away from this place you need to try to sit and go somewhere else not a very good place at all could care less .

Completely agree with these reviews. I was directed by the clearfield office that they would have what I needed in Dubois. They had it but were very upset I didn’t call and place an order. wanted me to check back in a few hours. Just too busy to pick one head gear off shelf. The problem is if you pay out of pocket it’s cheaper. They love gouging the insurance. You have one less customer to worry about.
