Nina at PeopleReady was so professional, helpful and awesome! For days I have been trying to make sure that my profile was complete and all needed documentation had been submitted, However, I was calling the downtown St. Louis location and getting no help at all, the staff was very rude and could not answer any questions that I had, all I received was a..... ( I don't know what you're talking about)! response. I'm glad I called the Fairview Heights Location... Been working for this company off and on for over 20 years, Fairview Hieghts is by far my favorite location, I will say, the morning lady, Nina, seems confused and unaware of what's going on sometimes. But overall, great location and Josh and amber are also amazing.

Horrible customer service. The Illinois office is a joke the teams don't communicate with each other so no one knows what's going on... They called me and I called back they insisted no one called me. Even though I'd just received a call 2 mins earlier
