Having Danette help us coordinate our wedding was the best decision we ever made. She helped relieve stress from my wife and I allowing us to enjoy our day. Overall, we were really happy with Danette as our wedding planner. We took advantage of her “wedding management” package as I hired and found all my vendors but I really needed someone that could come in and take over towards the end to manage all the little details and coordinate it to bring it all together and she absolutely did! . She was kind, organized, professional, and took care of all the little details that allowed us to fully enjoy our big day without stressing about logistics. you can tell she’s so passionate about this as her job! The timeline was followed smoothly, and our vendors were well-managed, which made everything run on time. It has taken me quite some time to post a review of Danette's coordination services. I can't seem to find the right words to express our sincere gratitude to Danette. My husband and I relocated to the Bay Area about 7 years ago, but when we got engaged I knew I wanted to be married on the Central Coast where I had called home for over 30 years. Being so far away we needed help. Danette was patient during our year long engagement answered all of my questions, offered advice whenever asked, and was happy to meet with us whenever we were in town. The month before our wedding she coordinated with all of our vendors for arrival and pick up times and made sure each vendor had what they needed. Danette coordinated and ran our rehearsal and dinner. The day of our wedding she ran my errands (picking up lunches and cookies which were our wedding favor). She folded our dinner napkins, set our tables, and beautifully decorated our venue. She helped pin boutonnieres, attach flower girl crowns, attached my veil and carried my train (and bustled my dress like a pro!). It was very important to my husband and I that we keep to a schedule during the reception to maximize our fun time. Danette was instrumental in making sure we made it to sunset photos and kept the events during the reception running on time. When we left for the night we never had to look back. Danette had placed our personal belongings (along with doggie bags from our caterer) in our get away car. She packed up all of our gifts and decorations and coordinated with the vendors to pick up all rental items. By not having to break down the venue we were able to enjoy our family and friends. We highly recommend Prefect Timing by Danette Castillo, she is absolutely wonderful.
