Annalisa and Ashley were absolutely amazing to work with at Personal Touch Dining. I highly recommend their services for any event! They were incredibly responsive to all of my questions leading up to the wedding, which made the process stress-free knowing they were there to support me. On the wedding day, everything was executed perfectly, from the linens and rentals to the food. We received countless compliments on how delicious everything was! Kudos to the chefs and the entire staff for making our day so much more special.

Annalisa and the PTD team were AMAZING for our wedding back in March 2024! Our guests couldn't stop talking about the short rib, the mashed potatoes, our churro station, and oddly, the carrots for months after. Many of our friends noted how often a side dish veggie usually gets overcooked at a wedding, but the carrots that were served with our dinner were consistently cooked perfectly, which is incredibly impressive!! Annalisa was highly communicative throughout the planning process, and even offered support in finding other rentals vendors that they commonly work with. When we went to do our tasting, they put on a little date night for us with candles, soft music, and a fully plated meal, which was so sweet and such a nice surprise in the midst of a busy work week. PTD's entire staff at the wedding, from the servers to the bartenders, ensured our guests had everything they needed and were timely with all of the courses and drink requests. Choosing a caterer is one of the most important parts of a wedding, so I was SO relieved to find a company like Personal Touch that truly took what can often be an underwhelming part of a wedding to the next level!! Thank you again, Personal Touch!!! We'd recommend them again and again.

My husband and I hired Personal Touch Dining to be our caterers at our wedding in June and it was the best decision! Annalisa was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process which really helped take away a lot of stress associated with planning a long distance wedding. She was very flexible with updates and changes we wanted to make which I really appreciated. We also got our rentals from them and they looked amazing. The tasting went really well and many of our guests praised the food at the wedding which we were really happy about! Everything was delicious but our favorites were the tomato bisque grilled cheese appetizer, strawberry salad, pesto salmon, and mashed potatoes. Thank you so much Annalisa for being so amazing and helping us make our wedding vision come to life!

We had the most amazing experience having our wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch! We looked at 8+ wedding venues around the San Diego area and we fell in love with Leo Carrillo Ranch as soon as we set foot on the property. As the majority of our wedding guests would be visiting from the east coast, our goal was to have a wedding that felt very “southern California” and reflect the beauty of the area - and Leo Carrillo could not have been more perfect! The natural beauty of this venue is truly out of this world. We absolutely loved the look of the historic hacienda and the plants and cacti around the property make it so special! And the peacocks are so unique and fun! Besides how much we loved the venue, working with the Leo Carrillo / Personal Touch Dining staff was absolutely incredible. We originally booked our contract with a staff member that was no longer with the company as we got closer to the wedding date, and we were a bit nervous when there was the transition to the new employees as we had not met them yet. But Samantha and Vicki absolutely blew us away! They were both absolute joys to work with and they were so insanely great at communicating with us throughout the entire process. As I was a very anxious bride, they dealt with my many (MANY!) questions and always responded with such kindness and reassurance. Due to their communication, the wedding planning process felt so much easier. The entire team was so accommodating and even made edits to the food menu when requested and helped recommend how many ingredients we would need for our custom signature cocktail recipe. All of our guests gave such great feedback about the food and drinks!!! We really just felt like we were in such good hands and we were so well taken care of throughout the process. And now for our day-of-coordinator - we met Sam the day before the wedding at our rehearsal and we were absolutely blown away! She was incredibly kind, comforting, and knowledgeable and she really helped put me at ease when I was so nervous. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond and we were treated like royalty - she always made sure we had fresh drinks in our hand and she had dinner plates made up for us! She also kept us on track with the schedule and she even did things that we were not expecting at all, like helping with the decor and centerpieces. She was such a dream to work with and I felt so grateful for her the entire day! These pictures don’t do the venue enough justice but just go visit and see for yourself if you are looking for a wedding venue! We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Leo Carrillo Ranch and Personal Touch Dining - thank you SO much Sam, Samantha, and Vicki, we are forever grateful!

We had a wedding at the Old Rancho at the beginning of this summer. It is a beautiful adobe estate, with multiple levels of yard/garden used for weddings. PTD did a wonderful job coordinating and catering our wedding at the location. I didn't hire a planner and depended on their month and day-of-coordination. I did a lot of the planning and then handed over the details to them. They are an efficient and capable team! We are thankful for Kendra who went through the original contracting process and tasting, Caitlin who took over the month of coordinating, and Sam who was our day-of-coordinator. Our wedding turned out beautiful and we had a lot of compliments from guests that are due to the PTD team. The food and service was excellent. Sam kept the vendors to the timeline and kept the micro-events moving. She brought my husband and I drinks right after the ceremony, and our food first during dinner so we actually had a chance to eat. For the venue and service PTD provides, the cost of the venue rental and catering is really reasonable. HIGHLY recommended!

Personal touch was the most helpful experience we had. Our venue was very difficult and their team handled it with professionalism and grace. Annalisa settled our venue out and was great in a clutch.
The food was phenomenal. Absolutely 5 stars. We had a buffet menu and everyone was absolutely amazed. The mushrooms were the best. I had a plate full by myself.
Speaking of which, their staff handled us individually and made us feel special. It allowed us to speak with our guest's and not go hungry. Drinks too! Couldn't of asked for a better staff.

I had the best experience with PTD. From the speedy responses, to the answers to all my questions and to making everything come together like a dream! Annalisa, Jaycee and team were just simply amazing! They made it so easy that I felt like it was easy to plan a wedding. The staff on the day were also amazing. Drinks were great and the food was so, so good! The day went perfect and I would live it again and again.

I had a wonderful experience with Personal Touch Dining for my wedding catering— at an affordable price point too! From the very beginning, their communication was always timely (shoutout to Annalisa and Jaycee). They went above and beyond by assisting me in coordinating rentals, which was one less thing to worry about during the wedding planning process. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, and the service on the day of the event was top-notch. They also allowed me to use their water boiler for my DIY ramen bar which was an appreciated perk. Personal Touch Dining truly added that special touch to my wedding, making it an unforgettable day.
