I rented a Mechanical Bull Shark from Phantom Entertainment for our wedding this weekend and it was a HUGE hit! The ride operator arrived and set up on time and packed up and left right when he was supposed to. All of our guests had a ton of fun, and it really was the talk of the party! Prior to my event date, I had a conversation on the phone with Taylor who helped arrange my whole contract. They sent a confirmation email a couple of days prior to my event as well. I was provided with liability insurance when I asked, and they followed my instructions very well. It made for a memorable experience!

This company might be good for your rental but they weren't for mine at all.

Tried to get them to cater our city event.
Hundreds/thousands of kids waiting and excited to attend our event that we had to cancel over this company not even bothering to respond to our email application for that day.
Their first reply was bitter, cut and dry. Sorta cold in nature.
When I asked them why their first reply was that way, they answered that it wasn't their intention. Then I never heard from them EVER again. Two emails after, and nothing.
Wasted money trying to raise support to even get permission for this event. Just horrible treatment. My WHOLE City knows who did this to them.
Thanks for your time reading my complaint, because I'm a business owner, SO I debated even posting this. I don't want to hurt any small businesses, but you gotta do better.

Tried to schedule an event for the kiddos. They were super excited but this guy’s email communication was distant to the point of being rude. Don’t even bother with them.

Taylor and Marlin were fantastic! Booking, scheduling and set up went perfectly, as well as the follow up emails and calls I received to ensure everything was ready. Thank you! Highly recommend & prices were very comparable to anywhere else.

What's with this company? Having filled out quotes forms and trying to call multiple times and hung up on or the couple messages left go unanswered, I'm starting to suspect that their level of professionalism is just not up to par with how a business should be run. Potential clients be damned?

Had the absolute pleasure of attending a wedding with a casino night theme using this company. The table games and ALL staff were amazing! I would definitely recommend them!

Went to a party over the weekend that was using them for a the photo booth. They ran out of ink half way through the party. The pictures were dark regardless and overall just horrible quality. The worst part is it was paid in full and this company is unresponsive as to making the situation right. Huge scam.
