They recently moved from H-mart. Now, you can find them on the 2nd floor of the yellow building with the blue door. The staff here is very friendly and always ready to help. The office is clean and comfortable, making it easy to discuss travel plans. They offer trustworthy service with great promotions. Plus, they respond quickly to inquiries, which is really convenient. Parking was easy, though I did wander around a bit trying to find the entrance—haha! Highly recommend!

Shuttle bus with NO Air conditioner
On 3/29/25 group tour to DC 83 degree it was worse than sardine can if you going to book tours with this travel agency you are better off just go to sauna just can't Believe they do that to customers Don't waste time and money.

I would give 0 stars if I could because of how terrible the service has been. They've been very unkind and the results are so subpar that they might as well be below the earth's core.

Friendly and courteous staff did a great job assisting my dad with booking his travel plans. They called us to let us know they were closing earlier on Saturday. Also gave us an hmart gift certificate for $20 for using their services.

Driver charged me $115 dollars even though Asiana Airlines already paid them. Booked through their website, got confirmation of the No Fee fare, then at the airport he said I had to pay up $115. These people are crooks.

A disaster. These people dont care about their clients and refuse to take responsibilty. They exploit Korean people who cant speak english and their business practice is far from professional. Customer service does not exist. Stay away from this agency.
