Their attention to detail, support throughout the planning process, quick response time, creativity, experience, and positive can-do attitude made the lead-up to our big day so relaxed and fun. Hillary, Becca, and Jeorgia are amazing, sweet and the most hard working women. They truly worked their magic and made my wedding everything I dreamed of. Their support and know-how helped create a wedding at my home to be comfortable, fun, and able to accommodate 100 people. All of their vendor recommendations were professional and high-quality. All three women were accessible to me for questions and advice and they were great at following up with me and my vendors.

There were numerous face-to-face and video consultations. They provide you with a google-drive file to be able to keep track of budgeting, as well as be able to organize all of your vendor contracts, and DIY checklists.

The weeks coming up to my wedding, they provided a very organized and simple run-of-show, and had communicated with all of my vendors, as well as bridal party and officiant.

The day-of, they were on sight before the first vendor arrived and the last to leave. My wedding day went so smooth and coordinated and I got to enjoy every minute of it without having to worry. All of my guests were blown away with my wedding that was in my backyard.

I can't thank them enough. I'll be recommending them to everyone looking for professional, creative, and accessible event planners.

I’ve worked with Phoenix Rising Events as both a vendor and a bride, and they are worth every penny plus more! The wedding I worked with them on as a fellow vendor was the easiest wedding I have ever worked. They communicated everything very clearly from the layout to the day of timeline. Everything went smoothly and they were extremely pleasant to work with.

As a bride, I can’t imagine my wedding day without them. They think of absolutely everything. From our initial consultation all the way through hiring vendors, walking through the venue, planning the layout, to the rehearsal and wedding day, no detail was spared. Everything was scheduled perfectly and they kept everything on track. They are extremely professional while also being very personable and never pushy. I honestly didn’t have to stress about anything on the my wedding day. I knew we had planned for everything, and they would take care of anything that popped up. The weather was a little finicky the whole weekend. So, we rehearsed for the original plan of an outdoor ceremony as well as an indoor ceremony in case of rain. They kept an eye on the radar all day on the wedding day, and we were able to go ahead with the outdoor ceremony thanks to their careful watch. They also communicated well with the other vendors I hired. I have received nothing but compliments from family and friends on how impressive Hillary, Becca, and their team are. Everyone was so impressed with how smoothly and efficiently the ceremony went into cocktail hour and then into the reception. To top it all off, we planned the wedding from Memphis while the venue was in East Tennessee. They handled the challenges of traveling across the state and working in different time zones as if it was nothing. I would recommend Phoenix Rising Events to anyone for any event.
