NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN!!!! I tried to use the restroom & it was Completely Dark!!! I Waved My Hands & Danced Around, HOPING Perhaps It Was a Motion Sensor that would suddenly click on, but No Such Luck! What Woman Wants to be So Vulnerable in complete darkness @ a Truck Stop? When I approached the staff behind the counter, I got Nowhere!!! Not Sure they even understood what I was attempting to convey?

This location is far below the standards I’ve come to expect from the Pilot brand. The restrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and there were no showers available at all. It’s disappointing to see such conditions associated with a trusted name like Pilot. If this location is operating under a franchise agreement, I strongly urge Pilot Corporate to review the site — it’s clearly damaging the brand’s reputation. Professional drivers deserve better.

The restrooms at this place are disgusting. There was poop on the walls, the restroom stalls haven't been cleaned in days, No toilet paper, the restroom smells like sewage. The employees are more worried about gossip at the counter then the rest of the place.

Fuel island and truck entrance on Santa Ana Ave. There are signs saying 2 hour parking maximum along the perimeter. We spent the night in an “Extra Wide” designated parking spot without issue. 3.5 Miles from Walmart DC.

Place is racist towards Mexicans..Accused of being a thief based off race...Walked inside for a breakfast sandwich omw to work. Asked the pricing for a sandwich and decided to leave it(overpriced) the women who I asked proceeds to follow me out of the store and accuse me of stealing the breakfast sandwich. This place is a joke. Hire real employees

I took my bag with me and went inside to take a shower and they told me there was no shower. I said okay and I wanted to go shopping and they said I had to leave my bag. They treat people like thieves here. No truck driver would steal. They already have enough money.

So far so good the gas prices are cheap the store is very clean they weren't stocked up on hot food but they had other snack options they do offer 85%ethanel gas here
