I am beyond thrilled to share our incredible experience working with Alex as our wedding planner, alongside her assistant Kaitlyn. From start to finish, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free! Alex exceeded all of my expectations—she was incredibly attentive from the very beginning, even months before the wedding. She joined me for venue walkthroughs, took meticulous notes on every detail I envisioned for our big day, and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way.

As the wedding day approached, Alex coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything was on track, and she kept in touch with me to confirm that nothing needed to be changed last minute. On the day of the wedding, Alex was a true lifesaver—she moved effortlessly between me, my husband, and the venue, ensuring every detail was taken care of. I truly felt at ease knowing my vision was in such capable hands, and the day turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pink Olive Events, and I especially encourage anyone looking for a planner to work with Alex. She was not just a planner, but a calming presence and a true partner throughout the entire process. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person by my side on the most important day of my life. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have Alex as their wedding planner!

Where do I even begin... Carisa for the win! We hired Pink Olive Events for our coordinator for the day of our wedding and thank goodness we did. Carisa and Alex were absolutely amazing. Once they arrived at our venue my mother and I could relax and enjoy every moment of the day because we knew we were in such great hands. They were able to quickly adapt to change, help pull off last minute surprises, and handle any hiccups along the way. I now realize how lost I would have been with out their advise, planning, and organization. Do yourself a favor and hire Pink Olive Events before it is too late!!!

I had an amazing experience with pink olive events! Carisa made sure my baby shower had every beautiful detail specific to the theme I wanted. Made the experience so fun and stress free. The day of the baby shower, Alex, did a great job setting up and helping throughout the shower and also helped put gifts away in my car, I definitely recommend them!

We LOVE the Something Borrowed Suite!! We got married at a Vineyard and my wife didn’t have a place to get ready. When we saw that Carisa from Pink Olive Events offered a mobile suite where she could get dressed, do hair and makeup, have friends with her and relax before our ceremony we knew we HAD to use it. It was amazing!! And so much fun. 10/10 for this. It was fun and affordable!!

Since booking, anytime I had a question, Carisa always took the time to respond and treated me with such kindness! Lexie and her assistant began reaching out a month before the wedding and were extremely helpful with organizing, planning, and answering questions! They did such an amazing job making sure our backyard wedding ran smoothly by coordinating with our many vendors and helping out all day and night. We would highly recommend them for any wedding! Carissa and Lexie were amazing! They were extremely helpful with my doubts and questions throughout the planning process. They were great about making everyone feel comfortable about their role during the rehearsal dinner. My brother was officiating for the first time, and he left the rehearsal dinner much less nervous after having his questions answered. On our wedding day, I felt very calm about the fact that everything would run smoothly with the Pink Olive team leading the way!
