Pretty good hotel. Room was clean, lobby was nice, it worked for a two night stay in town for a wedding. There were two things that bothered me: 1. Bed was not comfortable and 2. Hallways had not been cleaned. There was the same pieces of trash in the hallways the entirety of our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants

Love this hotel. The food is great. Room nice. I love meeting family in the lobby. Pet friendly. It is always perfect. Room service for beakfast with simple ordering and quick delivery. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued.

I just checked in and Accommodations are impressively clean. The property does an excellent job of representing the Marriott brand
I’m leaving a review to highlight the professionalism and efficiency of the front desk team . Jaylyn & Kaitlyn did an outstanding job accommodating a guest request. They were pleasant and went above and beyond their roles. Always refreshing to see such great service.

Our room was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. The fitness studio was great. The weak link and the reason for the lower rating is the breakfast. The server was attentive and friendly, but man, the breakfast food, which we paid extra for, was lame. The eggs, waffles, and French toast were cold and rubbery and the coffee was weak and bitter. Small things make a difference...

Have been to Cranberry Township for a business meeting and stayed in this hotel for five nights. Service staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was very good and had a perfect kingsize bed. It was even including a big sofa. There was a big TV in the room providing access to various streaming services (like Netflix and YouTube). Breakfast is okay but dinner food is really outstanding. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We went for a conference but took the whole family as a mini vacation. Everyone at the hotel was so nice from the front desk to breakfast buffet. Also had to extend the late checkout a few times because of an illness and the hotel was so accommodating.

Location/Convenience 5/5|Bed: 3/5|Pillows 2/5|Shower 3/5|Gym 4/5|Pool 3/5|Breakfast Buffet 4/5|Staff: 5+/5||My wife and I stayed here 8/25-8/26. We arrived after a long 7 hour drive from NJ. Mara & Alex helped check us in. They were very welcoming and gave us a late check out of 3pm since we were going on a 5hr ATV tour that ended at 2pm the next day. They also gave us free Breakfast Buffet coupons since I had trouble trying to book breakfast using my Reward points when I called to book the room. ||The hotel is beautiful. The room is okay, but the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows have no bulk to them. The shower was very slippery. The gym is nice, but the "heated" pool was cold. The wait staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. The food selection was nothing spectacular but fresh and fine. Our ATV tour ended late (2:40pm) and left us very muddy. I called the hotel and spoke to Rhonda, who happily extended our stay until 4pm show we could shower off before our long drive home. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, but the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating - they deserve 5+ stars! I called the manager to recognize them for their awesome customer service.
