Mrs Dawn Heckman is very professional and knowledgeable about the travel industry. After receiving her contact information from social media, I messaged her regarding a cruise and she replied promptly addressing all my travel needs. My travel plans were precise and easy to execute. Dawn was a fantastic resource for our recent Disneyland trip with three littles. She convinced us to stay onsite for the first time, and we will never go back to staying on Harbor Boulevard now... for a similar price, we had views of the fireworks and World of Color DCA show from our hotel room window. The private walkway to DCA and early entry to the parks were amazing. Dawn also coordinated our minivan rental, and we didn't make it easy on her with some mishaps live... she wound up getting us a full refund and ensuring we weren't overcharged. Dawn also included the sweetest travel gifts for the kids to get excited about the trip. Looking forward to using her for many more years of Disney magic to come!
