Beatriz was in charge of our day of coordination, decorating the ceremony, reception and cocktail area. Beatriz was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding! I began my planning roughly 8 months before the wedding. I was looking for a coordinator who was within my budget and open to my style preference. I located Plan Bea Events in a Facebook group after searching for a while. Right off the start she was eager to be a part of the planning. The line of communication was always open, and I never felt like I was alone in the process. I was the type of bride that had a specific vision for what I wanted my day to look like, and she was more than willing to work with me. Any question I had or suggestion was easily managed. In the end, she helped me not only decorate my entire wedding but made the whole process enjoyable. When my original florist didn’t work out, Beatriz offered her services for my bouquet and boutonnieres for the day. The flowers were fresh and arranged by her, all with my inspiration in mind. My bouquet was just what I envisioned and all of my bridesmaids had beautiful little bouquets as well. My wedding was what it was because of her! If you are looking for someone dependable, friendly and welcoming, Beatriz is the right person for your wedding day. I could not recommend her more. I had a last minute pickup situation that could have created issues for me the day of, but Beatriz went all the way to my hotel to make sure that my seat cushions were picked up and placed for the reception area. I felt well taken care of by everyone on my wedding day, and Beatriz and her team were certainly the reason the day went by so smoothly and looked beautiful!

Plan Bea Events was absolutely amazing to work with. I had the pleasure to work with them for a year and a half before my wedding. My husband and I were one of their "oldest" clients, and I'm so glad we got to work with them for so long. Beatriz was so incredibly helpful along the way. Any questions that arose along the way, were answered within minutes. She gave me so many ideas to help put my vision together. We had several meetings/meet ups along the way. I feel as though we became friends! She really knew how to calm a stressed bride down...lol

The day before the wedding, we were able to set up at the venue. She was there the second she was able to start - actually earlier. When we arrived, she already had starting unpacking her car and filling the venue with all of her beautiful decor. She and her husband Jason are SO on top of it. They made sure everything looked absolutely perfect. When I saw the venue for the first time on my wedding day, I was in complete shock. It was the most beautiful reception that I've ever seen. Every single detail was on point, perfectly placed - from the florals all the way to the small photo frames with photos of us in them placed along the walls.

It is now 3 weeks after our wedding, and everyday, I'm constantly reliving it over and over again in my head. Beatriz, Jason, and her team made our day nothing shy of perfect and we had the absolute best day ever. They're so helpful, kind, and best of all....FUN!!! We enjoyed our time with them so much and are so sad it has all come to a close, but this won't be the end of it for us. We will absolutely stay in touch and use them again for future bigger events. I would recommend Plan Bea Events to anyone and everyone - no questions asked. <3

Plan Bea Events went above and beyond what we expected. During our consultation, we told her exactly what we wanted and not only did replicate what we asked, the team times it by 10! She made sure to provide a detailed invoice, give a proof of payment right after we would make a payment and show us pictures of items to see if we approved/what we wanted to change. The day of our wedding, we didn't see the decorated venue until the DJ introduced us. When I tell you we walked into the venue, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The decor and the details the team added were spectacular. I couldn't stop looking at our decor at the sweethearts table and guest table centerpieces because they were just that beautiful. So many people complimented on the decor, saying it was the most beautiful venue they have ever been to to saying they felt at peace looking at the centerpiece. They definitely will work with what you ask for to make your dream table/bouquet/centerpiece etc. come true. They made my wedding look so beautiful! Thank you Plan Bea Events!

Beatriz did an absolutely amazing job for my fall-themed wedding! She did my wedding arch, flowers, sweetheart table and dessert table and everything came out gorgeous! Nobody had a greater impact on the success of our wedding than Plan Bea. We were lucky enough to spot what must have been one of their first Facebook posts announcing their newly conceived business, and I am so glad that we did.

When we decided to reach out, it was for practical reasons. We had a backyard with virtually no lighting, no tables, no chairs, nowhere to put food. Lots of space for our guest count, but none of the necessities. AND we were less than half a year away from the event (thanks Covid.) From the first call, Beatriz and Jason were incredible. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and we could really feel that they wanted to make our event special. Beatriz was so excited and right away we felt comfortable leaving the staging in her hands.

We never had to doubt whether our bases were covered as far as practicality went, but as we worked with Beatriz we started to realize that this was no longer going to have to be the bare-bones backup plan that we had resigned ourselves to. When all was said and done, our wedding was more perfect and more beautiful than it was ever going to be before Covid interfered. Or, to be more explicit, before we hired Plan Bea.

One of our biggest concerns as we transitioned from our original wedding plan to the backyard venue we ended up with was that it would feel more like a BBQ than a wedding. Thanks to Plan Bea, that’s not what happened at all. Stepping into the yard felt truly magical. Everything was beautiful and reflected us and exactly what we wanted from the reception. We took time out of our night to walk around the space and look at each little detail that Plan Bea had added, and that moment felt so special to both of us. It wasn’t just a wedding, it was OUR wedding, and it was perfect.
