I want to start by saying that I found Planner’s Lounge a few years ago when I was looking for information on how to become a wedding planner. It has definitely been a life saver. I have found the most valuable and actionable information on here. It is like my wedding planning Google! I recently signed up for the 20 Days to a More Profitable Planning Business with two coaching sessions… this was one of the best investments I made for my business and myself. After the first couple of days I found myself looking at my email like it was Christmas morning to see what Debbie had sent to my inbox. Right away I was able to start implementing changes and improvements to my business. If the emails weren’t enough, she also had a private Facebook group set up so we could have discussions with other planners in the program. The coaching sessions are a great addition to the 20 days. Debbie is easy to talk to and the time I spent with her discussing some of my opportunities for improvement were well worth it. I left the conversation feeling motivated and inspired. 5 stars do not seem like enough! Thank you, Debbie!

I just had my first coaching session with Debbie yesterday and I cannot say enough about how productive our session was! In just an hour Debbie offered spot-on constructive criticism, observations, encouragement, and suggestions for how to take my business to the next level. Debbie’s guidance and planning wisdom has helped me to avoid mistakes, but it has also taught me to embrace the mistakes I have made and to learn from them. I truly can’t say enough great things about Debbie at Planner’s Lounge – she definitely over-delivered, and I was very happy with the amount of time and effort she put towards my coaching session. At the end of the year, I decided I needed a new set of eyes looking at my business, branding and marketing and decided to purchase a one-on-one coaching session. I sent her everything I could think of, and she delivered a powerful 75 minute session which included a number of action items, suggestions and new ideas that I could incorporate, some of which I could do very easily and quickly. Not only that, but I also received a very thorough follow up email with additional suggestions for the coming year based on some extra information she requested during our session. Within three weeks, one of her suggestions lead to a full service booking from a bride who found me through a new avenue. I would whole heartedly recommend her coaching/mentoring services! I will definitely keep in touch with her as my company grows and use her services again in the future
