Worst Company Ever. Booked a trip and now a Major hurricane is coming and they are carging me $1000 to cancel the trip or reschedule. Telling me I shoudl have bought insurance. Whole trip was only $1300 insurance would have cost half the trip. This company does not care about its clients. Do not use. Stay awayu at all costs. Total Scam artists. Would love to give 0 stars

We bought into this program a few months back. Like some of the other reviews we have not been able to get anything that was promised in the presentation. We have tried to reach the representative since a few days after the presentation. Numerous phone calls and emails are completely ignored. We were able to book one hotel in Italy. The price was only a few dollars less than what we found on our own. The hotel however was an absolute dump and had many safety issues. We would have left but the entire town was sold out. We are very unhappy with this program, have not received anything that was promised, have found multiple cruises to be cheaper elsewhere. We also feel this is a complete scam and would like out of the program as soon as possible. The representative we talked with at the presentation was Michael Walker. Who is no where to be found now.

A couple of months ago we signed up for this Service. Paul Valdez was one of the guys we spoke with. We have several trips planned. We have sent and called a minimum of over 10 times. To date all we get is a run around. We thought we booked some hotels and tours but cannot get anyone to help. I have emailed,called, and am just sick at what a scam this is. I expect someone to contact me asap.

I don't have much I can add, but thoroughly agree with the other reviewers, this has turned out to be a SCAM. I have spent hours trying to get help from somebody, and finally realized that the work around is for me to do as much research as possible, which was what I did before we signed up, and then tell them what to book and what price they need to beat. All this to save a few dollars, which is what the savings have been so far. There were promises made of perks and major savings at the presentation, and none of this has come to fruition. A sad expensive lesson learned. Unhappy in Los Angeles.

I'm an avid golfer and traveler and 8 months ago, after being invited with my wife to a travel meeting, we decided to take advantage of the perks.
Since then we have been golfing in Puerto Vallarta (Mexico), Phoenix(USA) and our concierge is helping us with a trip to see the golf course in Scotland!
Both, my wife and I are thankful and we hope to take our Grandkids with us when they are older.
