Never working with them again. We hauled load for the company that delivered back on November 27, 2024. We requested detention due to my driver sitting long at the first drop. They sent the detention as a separate load confirmation and wanted it sent in as a separate payment from the original load, instead of just adding it to the original confirmation. A month later there was no payment, and I reached out to the company. They told me they sent it to a factoring company, of whom I had left in 2018. They made me sent a letter of release, and said they would resend the check. I called back everyday and they kept saying they would send it on the Friday, but forgot to, and then kept repeating that for weeks. They finally told me one Friday that it was sent, but 3 weeks later and no payment still. I finally received a check on 2/25 for the original payment, without the detention, and had to wait another 2 weeks for the detention payment. 3 months of waiting for a payment! Good luck getting paid working for them.

PLS is such a rip off. Broker responsibility is to take care of lumper fee but if they issue conches for loading or unloading, they’ll deduct from carrrier pay, one load they did to me than on second load I got broker to agreed to take care of lumper fee by himself because market is down and he barely paying $2 per mile and than play stupid games at end. So he agreed to take care of lumper fee but than they deduct $15 for issuing a comcheck.
I explained them a lot that they issued comcheck to unloading facility to unload a truck, so why they deducting money from carrier pay. But they’ll just stop replying you in email. They’ll just screw you at the end somehow. PLS SUCKS AND BLOOD LEECHES

$1841, now it is 53 days past due, calls are ignored, emails ignored, apparently the broker sent the payment to the wrong company then they sent the payment to the wrong address if they actually sent it since they can't provide any proof.
This is the PLS high standards and on top of it all when I started to send emails with demands of payment, Joshua W that I booked load with called me and lectured me on how I should take it easy and don't send mails requesting payment and threatening to file a claim on their bond.

Rude and unprofessional! Avoid to work with them.
They will aggred on the load with you then call you back in 5 minutes and tell you that it was actually covered. Liars. They just repost the load on the board for cheaper price after the agreement. They don't care about business relations at all.

Worst company to deal with. Worst customer service. Have booked a load with them. Load got cancelled by the shipper after I waited for hours at the premise, I was promised tonu by the broker, he replied that he will send the updated rate confirmation with tonu. Inspite of so many emails and calls, I never got rate confirmation with tonu. All my requests have fallen to deaf ears. Worst company to deal with. George Dawson was the name of broker. Beware of dealing with this company. They harrass you.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with! Chris avoided payment for 90 days then deducted 1000 dollars for no reason. We will be taking legal action against this company! Avoid brokers like this and when done wrong by them take action!
