My daughter wedding reception took place at the Lombard Hotel. Poonam creations made the Decor, and it was rich but tasteful. Poonam created a mix of ethnic but majestic look to the hall and Stage. I wholeheartedly recommend Poonam Creations for decorations. I hired her services for a Hindu wedding (7/27/2024), and she did a marvelous job. She has many orders (sometimes altogether during summer time), so communication may occasionally be slower, but she always keeps her word and you can definitely trust her to do a phenomenal job.

My husband and I used Poonam's creations for our wedding on 4/16/22. On our wedding day, the decorations were beyond our expectations. Poonam went above and beyond when working with us in making our vision a reality. The Mandap (Indian alter) was gorgeous. All the colors and the flowers complemented the venue. She took care of all the little details for the reception decoration. Poonam was great to work with. We highly recommend her services.

Our venue coordinator highly recommended Poonam so we were excited to work with her. I started emailing Poonam back in August and got no response. I assumed she was busy with weddings since it was still summer and gave her time (although I did follow up again). When I still hadn't heard back, I reached back out to our venue coordinator who got in contact with Poonam, gave her our contact information, and reported to us that Poonam had assured her she would reach out to us. It's been two months of trying to get in contact with a vendor who apparently doesn't want my business. Up to this point, she has been so unprofessional and clearly unreliable.
