Kayla was such a joy to work with and she was fantastic in making sure our wedding day was stress free! Kayla was our Day of Coordinator and from our first conversation I could tell how much she cared about all the details of our day. Not only did her and Anthony handle our full ceremony and reception setup, they also stayed around to ensure every moment of our day went smoothly. One of my favorite moments that came out of working with Kayla was the video she provided on the same night of our wedding! She captured all of our big moments and put them together in a video with the song I walked down the aisle to. Our day would not have been as special without her and Anthony! I would recommend to anyone looking for wedding planning assistance!

I literally got married yesterday and I have to share my amazing experience with POP UP Event Planning because it was just that great! Kayla and her wonderful assistant/husband were so kind, calm, prepared, communicative, the list goes on and on. I hired them for day of coordination and they really allowed me to let go of the responsibilities and just enjoy being a bride while they took care of literally everything. It was unbelievable in the best way. Please do yourself a favor and hire them for your wedding day, you won’t be sorry. Even my guests loved just chatting with them at the wedding because they were so wonderful! I couldn’t have had such a great wedding without them! ❤️

Kayla was so sweet and wonderful to work with. The backdrop she perfected for me exceeded my expectations and was exactly but even better than the photo I sent her.
