Don’t think we have ever been to a Popeyes before- tonight was boys choice (both under 12) and they were excited and thrilled to visit - they thought it was great. I think it’s supposed to be more chicken like and less dry. The boys liked it. I liked the hot sauce; a bite and the meal wasn’t my thing. Ordering was challenging in the drive thru. I let the boys have it once and it was exciting but we likely won’t be doing a repeat-we need something green on a menu; one clearly goes for fast food but an option for something else is always nice.

This location definitely puts out great quality food. Fresh and made to order, it is a bit slow here but its likely just and under staffing issue. Food is worth the wait and everyone is very friendly and this spot

I went there for lunch while at work. When I started to eat my food I realized my order wasn't correct. I asked for white meat spicy and got a wing a breast and a drumstick. Upon further inspection of my meal I saw a fly on the drum stick. I tried to talk to the manager about it and she told me it was blood from the chicken. I'm not sure if they're under new management because I've never had an issue before if something was wrong with my order. I don't know if I'll shop here anymore.

This location never has sweet tea available. When I told them the sweet tea was out, the cashier took my cup, dumped sugar in the bottom, and filled with unsweetened tea. It's definitely not the same. I proceeded to get soda from the machine, and even that tasted horrible. I noticed that the wait for my food was longer than normal and that 3 people that came in after me had already received their food and left. When I asked where my order was, it was sitting on the counter labeled as a DoorDash order. I hardly received an apology. The food was not only cold by the time I got home, but the taste was awful. The chicken was undercooked. The apple pies didn't have the sugar and cinnamon on the outside, and the rice and beans were tasteless. Please do better!

Every time I come here to buy food there's always something wrong. It’s either the terrible food quality or lack of good service. I came in I spent about $20. I asked for my food be fresh, because they have a habit of giving customer hard and dry chicken. I order dark meat, not white meat. TheI also ask for the spicy chili sauce, the sauce that comes in the packet. Instead I got the complete opposite. I payed for the sauce.Then they put our fries in the bag without a Container. It may not be a big deal to other people , but I had someone in the car that has OCD. He refuse to eat his food. I had to throw away the entire food.

I love this place, my niece and I drive to cashtown at least once a month to buy house plants for my store. Of all the places to eat in Chambersburg, we choose this Popeyes. In the area where I live we don't have one so it's quite a treat for us too. Stop here and enjoy our lunch before heading back to Western Maryland.

For a fast food chain, Popeyes is usually a safe bet for some good fried chicken. If we had gotten what we ordered, maybe we would have given a better rating. My husband and son ordered an 8 piece chicken meal and requested all dark meat. However, that is not what they got, and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a classic chicken sandwich. The fries were cold, and mash potatoes had very little gravy. My husband said the biscuits were very good, though.

The atmosphere was clean in the dining area. Bathrooms were not clean and the mens room had no urinals, and there was 1 bathroom stall, which the toliet was out of order.

Thankfully, this was a one-time stop. This location definitely needs to improve.

I recently visited from Toronto to chambers burg and stopped by this store for lunch.This is the best Popeyes I had ever. Chicken tender was delicious and staff were very helpful.
