If I could give more stars, I would! Tracy and her team at Poppytots were nothing short of professional. The team set up and broke down right on schedule and were extremely fast. Tracy was so accommodating and VERY responsive throughout the entire process. Everything was great -- the kids LOVED the ball pit and the toddler picnic tables were a must-have. I truly can’t recommend Poppytots enough.

We were hosting our first major Staff Holiday Party at our venue for the first time in years, and were struggling to find any available ball pit rental services in the Bay Area. Most were unavailable for the holidays, and ones geared toward events for adults seemed to have fallen off the face of the planet.

Then I was recommended to Tracy from Poppytots from someone else in the local community, and she literally saved the day right before our event!

We rented an 8x8’ white ball pit with ice blue, white, and translucent balls to suit our winter theme, which looked amazing under all kinds of lighting.

What I can say is, I definitely underestimated how much having a ball pit adds to an event, and the fun everyone had was a big part of what made it a truly memorable evening. The results were also aesthetically pleasing to where it literally *looks cool* as an interactive centerpiece, rather than a cheesy novelty.

Tracy’s customer service was also amazing, as she was both prompt and accommodating of exactly what we needed. The amount of care and attention to detail working with our theme and allowing us to customize our preferences was above and beyond– and since the usual signage couldn’t apply to our demographic, she went as far as to create one that better suited us the night before the event.

They also made drop-off and pick-up super quick and simple, arrived exactly on-time and assembled the whole thing without a single issue.

While Poppytots’ branding is primarily geared toward parties for kids, they most certainly are great for adults and coordinating corporate events. Worth every penny– so if you can, you should!

Tracy was SUPER easy to work with and she was on point with responding to emails and phone voice messages. Her staff members helped set it up was so quick to, arrived on time as was even making sure they did a final inspection that the soft play was connected and safe to play in. I know that when I have have a party for my grandbabies, Poppytots will be sure to hear from me, a returning customer again! Thank you Tracy and Poppytots!

Absolutely fantastic! I have two young kids and they loved Poppytots! It is a really family friendly place to bring your kids. My kids are both very active toddlers so it is awesome to have a place where I can see them both, play with them, allow them to safely explore and also sit in a comfortable chair as a tired mom! I highly recommend Poppytots, especially for young children. I had my sons 1st birthday and the toddlers took full advantage of the set up and were absolutely thrilled. I must say Tracy is extremely responsive and super accommodating. Even though we had a minor issue which I noticed after the party, I made sure to reach out to her and she got back to me right away and made sure to fix the issue, no questions asked. This is definitely the way to run a business and I would use Poppytots again in a heart beat for our next event with little ones! Thank you Tracy!!
