Colleen has done it again! Thank you for another amazing adventure! Colleen has been handling our vacation needs for over 30 years and never disappoints. From trips for 2 to our entire family and from destinations like Disney, Hawaii, Caribbean, Costa Rica, Danube, Australia, New Zealand and now Iceland - she manages everything! We have just returned from our 2nd self-driving vacation (one in New Zealand and this one in Iceland) and everything was handled perfectly! From rental cars to hotels she had us covered. We booked a cruise with Colleen and paid in full in February. The cruise was cancelled April. 24. As of August 28, we are still waiting for our money to be returned. Very disappointing. We have been told, "there are many others we are dealing with." Not a good enough answer Colleen. The rest of our party was fully refunded. Your travel agency and the cruise line have held our money for 6 months with no sign of a refund. I realize these our unprecedented times, but putting a refund through a charge card is a relatively simple transaction.

Colleen Peterson provided our family of 10 a great rescheduled trip to Hawaii. Covid took away our cruise but Colleen set up a perfect backup plan taking care to get us flight upgrades and future cruise credits that we can use next year for another trip. Everyone had a great time and pleased with Royal Kona Resort and Marriott Waikiki. She had everything well planned to maximize our time on the islands.

Wholeheartedly, I recommend Colleen at Port of Call travel for your travel needs. Colleen arranged an outstanding trip for two to Aruba. Traveling independently outside the United States, with Covid requirements, is no easy task…but doing so with Colleen is a breeze. She is well aware of vaccination, entry, flight, and insurance requirements. Once Colleen learned of my air and land wishes, she completed the reservations within one day. She captured flight and hotel choices with ease, arranged ground transportation, and reminded of documentation and insurance requirements—well in advance of departure. Colleen presented documents in a handsome travel portfolio, the perfect vessel for keeping documents safe and organized.
Colleen responded timely to email inquiries, professionally explaining updated, fluctuating travel requirements due to Covid restrictions. Without her guidance and knowledge, I would hesitate to travel abroad. I’m ready to talk about the next journey with Port of Call Travel. I hope you are also.

Are trip to Punta Cuna was absolutely wonderful.
The people there was fantastic. they treated all 13 of us like a king. i would highly recommend this trip to anyone that is thinking about it. Thank you for setting everything up for us. That was the best vacation of our lifetime for Dana and myself.

We just returned from the Riu Latino in Cancun, Mexico. It was a very clean resort and had great entertainment! Colleen set up everything for us and did an amazing job! I will definitely return for another trip!
