Powells had all the parts I needed to install a western plow, very friendly counter staff Dave was a fun guy to BS with and had some good stories. Highly recommend this business

I rented a man lift about three weeks ago! Salesman! Mr MEONI ! Said it was cheaper to rent by the week over the few days I needed it! The day it was dropped off my painters used it for about three hours and said it wouldn’t work for the rest of the house the way other structures were blocking the way! So I had my guy call them to tell them to come get it! Whom ever he talked to said ok! You won’t be charged anymore for it ! But I paid for the week! They said they would pick it up in a few days ! Never picked it up til the following Monday ! I called them on Tues! To see if I’d get a credit! Mr MEONI said but you rented it for the week! Yes but we called the day it was delivered so we wouldn’t be charged for the week! He said that’s not my department and he’d have to call me back ! That was over a week ago! So if that’s the way the do business! I would not recommend anyone renting from them! I work hard for my money! And obviously they don’t give a crap !

Powell’s is an incredible business! We are so lucky that when we broke down, we broke down near there. A leaf spring broke on our equipment trailer full of music gear (our band was headed from Ithaca, NY to play a festival in North Caroline), and they got us in immediately, replaced both leaf springs, the tow hitch that was rusty, and even replaced the the caps on our trailer tire hub cabs. We were right back on the road in three hours and made it safely to North Carolina. THANK YOU, POWELL! We wish we had a business this great in Ithaca.

They do excellent work and they have great pricing on equipment + installation. Over the years we've purchased and had installed an aluminum truck body with liftgate, snowplow and had a lift axle added to a dual axle tanker. Everything is done professionally, they are a preferred vendor for all of our truck equipment. Recommend 100%+

Just want to say that the staff here are outstanding with customer service. I've rented equipment several times from them and have not had any problems with it. Checking out, and back in, has been easy. I appreciate their hard work and good equipment. I'll will be back for other rentals.

Powell’s was excellent. Was towing a boat to visit family over the 4th of July when my bearings blew out on the turnpike about 2 miles away from the Clarks Summit exit. Stayed in a hotel and called first thing the next morning. Powell’s was recommended by an auto tire service center in town and was able to get new bearings installed on my trailer and get me back on the road within an 1 1/2 hours. The staff was friendly and accommodating and got me back on the road as quick as possible which was greatly appreciated since I had two small children with me. It’s hard to find service like this anymore and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks again

I took my 2024 Silverado to have a magnum back rack, snow plow frame and wiring installed and they did an amazing job, the installation is extremely neat and clean it all looks factory. Highly recommend
