The staff at Premier Tour & Travel went above and beyond every step of the way! They were quick to respond to questions to any parent, staff or chaperone, they were knowledgeable and friendly and really took the stress of planning down a few notches! Mother Nature provided some speed bumps the day of our trip and the staff was right there with us each step of the way to provide assistance and assurance. We truly could not have asked for a better team in making our bands trip to Florida any better!

I have been a band director since 2002, and have taken a trip nearly every year. The circumstances around my most recent trip, our first big trip with Premier Tour and Travel, were very strange. These circumstances dealt with strange weather conditions and other things that were out of the control of me and Premier. Tim, Mark and all of the other helpful planners helped me and my group to navigate through this and to make the trip still be just as enjoyable as ever. This company stays in contact, thinks of all the details and very much cares about your group from planning, to taking the trip, to reflecting on what worked and what didn't. I don't hesitate at all in recommending them to any large group that travels!

I have been traveling with Marching Bands for over 20 years and Premier Tour and Travel is a company that always strives to make any destination we travel with our Marching Band the best trip experience possible for both our students and the people in charge of organizing the trip.

Our Marching Band has traveled and performed in Disney (busing and flying), Chicago, Busch Gardens VA, Washington D.C., Hershey, Gettysburg, Cedar Point, and other destinations with this company. I have worked specifically with Tim May for many years and now consider him a good friend of mine. He is a great person to work with to discuss various trip destinations and performance opportunities for our Marching Band. During the early planning stages, he finds time to work around my schedule to openly discuss and start brainstorming ideas. He then will take my input and ideas to the company to develop several trip options for me to present to our students, parents, and building administrators. They are really good at creating an itinerary based on these discussions that makes each trip “our own” and unique from other groups.

I have also witnessed that when an inevitable situation arises, either prior to, during, or after a trip, this company will try their hardest to “make things right” with whoever is involved. They will also take the time to listen to any of my critiques and opinions after a trip to better our future trips together.

As I mentioned before, I have been traveling with Marching Bands for over 20 years and I highly recommend this company for any group that is planning a trip.

This was the first year I’ve had to run a large school trip with 100 students and parents. Premier Tour and Travel was easy to work with and made planning a large group trip very easy and stress free. I had heard horror stories about having to collect money and shake down families before they boarded the bus. Premier Tour and Travel took care of everything. Mark and Tim always made time to answer any questions I had and helped us navigate through ever changing COVID guidelines. Karen, our tour guide, literally saved our lives on the bus trip down. She was able to pin point potential problems and headed them off before we noticed, making the trip fun. Even the kids would tell you they loved having Karen with us.

Will definitely use Premier Tour and Travel for our next group trip.

The staff at Premier Tour and Travel are the best in the business. I have been in charge of group travel for many years and have seen many situations, all of which they have help my parents and myself navigate.
From issues that arrise while on a trip to planning prior to the departure they help with every step.
Last year as trips were being cancelled due to COVID they were able to refund most of their customers money, all for those who heeded there advise to purchase trip insurance.
I have heard many stories from my colleagues of other travel companies only offering future travel vouchers with little to no refunds.
From the people in the office to those who travel with the group they are true professionals.

This is the company that my daughters' school has used for their 8th grade Washington DC trip. Well, because of Coronavirus ALL trips have been canceled. Okay, we'll be being refunded for the trips we paid for right? NO! This company proceeds to send me a check for 73.3% of what I paid for their trips and graphs showing how the money was spent. MY KIDS DID NOT GO ON ANY TRIP. My oldest daughter is in band and I am glad the school is NOT using this company for their band trips. I will NEVER pay for a trip through this company again, simple as that. Please tell me how I am responsible for paying them for services not rendered? They gave the reason, "You didn't purchase travel insurance." Both my girls did plenty of fund raising for this trip also. Take that money, not the money I personally paid. Not to mention, the company itself should have travelers insurance for this purpose. If I had canceled the trip myself, I could understand them taking a portion, if not all of my money. I DID NOT cancel their trip.

I have been using and working with Premier Tour & Travel for close to 7 years now. They are AMAZING. They are GREAT to work with. You give them a plan for a trip and they help you make it happen.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. When I need something or have a question they are right there ready and willing to help in anyway they can.

I had 8 trips planned and scheduled to take place. Then COVID happened. They helped me take care of EVERYTHING that needed to be done to handle cancellations and rescheduling ALL of my trips.
