So I had to plan a GALA Event in Miami for a total of 180 people coming from different states and let me tell you it was a challenge. So I reached out to Jay to assist me with this task because I had never done anything to this magnitude. He found plane tickets, hotel rooms, he found a venue that offered everything we needed. Mind you this was happening in a short period of time but he was so patient because things were changing almost everyday. He was always available whether it was via text or phone and responded in a timely manner. Jay also reached out to me once I was in Miami to make sure things were going well. To put it simply, by far the best travel agency I've ever had the pleasure of reaching out to. I wanted to go to China and it seemed like nobody was capable of making it happen except for Jay!
