Horrible company they don’t report falls to the state they will make things up and lie to the clients and family’s and to their employees. They have favoritism’s with their employees as well very unprofessional. Busted my ass for 3 years with them missed birthdays and holidays with my family and son just to work for them to then get fired like nothing over false accusations.

Im am very disappointed they let the program manager Mrs. Williams go, she really cared about my family member that gets care through this company. She changed everything that was wrong with Prestige.

For the owner to let her walk away without doing everything in his power to keep her is disgusting.

Im concerned that this company cares more about the money brought in than the actual people that need care.

If Nicole A is put on this case, i will remove my loved one immediately, she is unprofessional!

Update: To prove how unprofessional they are, instead of reaching out, they make false allegations to make me, the reviewer, look bad.
Look over my reviews, they are all legit!

Prestige companions perform a key role in allowing my elderly parents to remain in their home. The care provided is competent and caring, and personal too…the companions are like members of our family. Highly recommended.

Prestige is far from prestige. They do not deliver what they promise. They do not answer the phone or return calls. Their aides are unreliable. The office staff is disingenuous. You are better off using another agency.

They are very caring and polite staff. I can always count on them to go out to assist my mom if her aide calls out. To me this is very important as well as helpful.
