Prestige Travel and Ivy are the BEST. They have helped me with some complicated trips which went very smoothly. Ivy is very timely answering questions. Absolutely the best family trip ever. Ivy helped with making plans to take our family of 8 on a trip to Rome, Siena, Pisa & Florence. From booking the airplane flights to scheduling our tour guides & booking our beautiful hotels was all top notch! I would highly recommend this travel agency, you won’t be disappointed! I have been using the services of Prestige Travel for many years. You never want to have any issues with a trip but if they do happen you will be very happy that you used Prestige Travel. I had an overseas trip impacted with a hurricane, and Ivy expertly revised our flights to leave a day early, accommodations and transfers so that we could meet our tour on time.
