Every meeting ironed out the details down to the molecular level and it really paid off.

We did a themed wedding based on Stardew Valley, and Katie was the one on-site. She was everything we ever could have asked for. On time, indeed. Professional, absolutely. Ready for anything, without a doubt! Katie did a phenomenal job ensuring problems were kept far far away from our wedding and we cannot thank her enough.

My partner and I got married in March 2024, and we could not have done it without our day-of-coordinators, Nicole and Haleigh, from Pretty Peony Planning. We first met with Nicole about eight (8) weeks before our wedding date and she really took the time to get to know us and figure out exactly what we needed for our wedding and for every aspect of the day; whether it was for the rehearsal dinner the day before, breakfast the morning of, or even the after party. Nicole thoroughly explained all of the different details to consider when planning our wedding, what we did or did not need, or what we may have missed or forgot, and she helped us get to where we needed to be in the planning process. Since our very first meeting with Nicole, she made us feel as if she truly cared about us and our wedding (because she did), as well as the different ideas we had, and she made sure we knew she would (and could) handle whatever we needed in order to have the wedding we envisioned. Nicole and Haleigh were both very professional and accessible throughout the entire process when working on helping us manage, coordinate and deliver our ideal wedding. They also made the process of meeting and maintaining communication with them very simple and convenient.

From the start of working with Pretty Peony Planning, Nicole and Haleigh went out of their way to constantly reassure us that everything was going well, that we were on track and that everything is, or is going to be handled together. They made sure that all of our vendors were updated with the various specifics and that all of the questions or changes were handled ahead of time. Nicole and Haleigh were extremely organized and prepared for every possible scenario or situation, and maintained contact with every vendor to ensure everyone was on the same page. There were so many moving parts and minute details involved in our wedding day, but Nicole and Haleigh were really so on top of everything. They had all of the specifics layed out for every aspect of our wedding and provided a comprehensive timeline and wedding plan to us and our vendors. Their initiative and attention to detail throughout the process was extremely reassuring and allowed my partner and I to focus on other parts of the wedding, and be excited for our big day rather than being stressed or worried.

In addition to using Pretty Peony Planning for day-of-coordinators, we also rented various decor items from them, such as the Chuppah, mirror signs, garlands and other decor. The Chuppah was gorgeous and really helped make the ceremony a beautiful event, and everyone raved about the mirrors being used as signs and seating charts. On the day of the wedding, Nicole and Haleigh set everything up so beautifully and really brought my partner's vision of the decor to life. My partner and I had a lot of specifics for what we wanted for our wedding in regards to the ceremony and reception decor, but Nicole and Haleigh covered it all. They included everything we asked for and more, and made it a day to remember. This included setting up all of our rental flowers, memorial table and pictures, and other decor; and packing them all back up at the end of the night so we had a lot less to worry about. They were both there for us throughout the entire day if there was anything we needed or if we had any last minute concerns, questions or changes.

Nicole and Haleigh gave us a beautiful, stress-free wedding that was better than we ever could have imagined. We really cannot say enough great things about Nicole and Haleigh of Pretty Peony Planning. They were awesome. We truly could not have been happier with our wedding and we know it was all because of the amazing work of Nicole and Haleigh. We very highly recommend Pretty Peony Planning for all of your wedding planning, management or coordinating needs, as well as for decoration rentals!

Pretty Peony Planning was the absolute best choice for our day of coordination at our wedding. Nicole and Haleigh are the just the people that you want in your corner when you are planning your wedding. They were helpful, personable, funny, and just the sweetest people. They contacted every vendor, set up every piece of decor (you can also rent from them), and worked seamlessly with every vendor the day of. My mom was our florist for our wedding and she and I wanted to make sure that we found coordinators that we could trust and that would do a great job setting up the flowers; the moment we met Nicole and Haleigh we knew that they were exactly the people that we needed on our team. They just get it! They also helped out tremendously with our flower girl (3 yrs old) and ring bearer (1 1/2) during the ceremony, keeping them happy as can be while we read our personal vows.
My mind was so at ease with them on our wedding day and I looked to them many times during our reception to make sure that we were on track. My dad was so impressed when Nicole quickly handed him his Champagne after his welcome speech so that he could make his toast with everyone. It was the little things that Nicole and Haleigh remembered that made the day so perfect.
I was able to soak in everything little thing during our day and that would not have been possible without Nicole and her team, we love them so much!

Planning my wedding with a newer venue who is not well established yet was nerve racking. Hiring Pretty peony and the assistance of Haleigh and Alea for day of coordination was the best decision I had made! The day would not have been as amazing as it was without their help. They went above and beyond in listening to me with all my decor and timeline preferences. It was amazing how well they communicated with my vendors and took a huge load off my shoulders for the day. So very grateful! The arch I had rented as well turned out stunning.

Nicole made our wedding PERFECT. We used her Day of Coordinating services... which start 2 months out! She took so much stress off of me leading up to the big day. She communicated with all of our vendors - and even caught a mistake prior to the wedding day!

We used her rental services for our DIY Photo Booth and our dessert display.

Nicole and Haleigh were incredible! Nicole and I hit it off from day one in our consultation, right away I knew the vibes were going to be good and she knew what she was doing. A month before our wedding day we really got into the groove, she took the reins and I felt so relaxed and confident that the day would go smoothly. The day was so perfect. Little things went awry as they inevitably do, but the Pretty Peony team was on top of their game and made sure my husband and I were unbothered by any mishaps, that we were just able to enjoy our day and not worry about trivial things. Nicole kept us organized and the energy high. 10/10 recommend hiring this team for your wedding!
