I’m a teacher in Miami and had a big annual event to plan for my students. After doing some research, I instantly connected with Pro Event Planners following an initial phone call with Melody— the owner of the company. Soon after our conversation she emailed me a detailed plan, with fair price estimates, as well as, creative ideas to improve the venue atmosphere. Leading up to the event she continually checked in, making sure we were both on the same page, and assured me everything would be great. Melody was absolutely correct because the event was simply lovely. The decorations were beautifully placed and the additional features, such as the dessert table and the various light fixtures, made the space light up. I am so grateful to Melody and her staff— Since she did such a great job, I referred her to a colleague who has worked with her twice thereafter. Really goes to show how great Melody’s work is!! Highly recommend working with Pro Event Planners if you want an event that is smoothly run due to the prior planning and preparation of the communicative and kind Melody!

I had a very close loved one pass away recently and was not happy with what the funeral homes were offering as their celebration of life memorial packages. They were neither personal or budget friendly. All the party planning sites advertised weddings and graduations ECT.. But Melodys said " and more" so we gave it a shot and she accepted the task of planning a celebration of life for my dear family member. We had JR to do our montage and he brought the sound equipment and played the song list. Melody was able to personalize the event to be very specific to my loved one who passed.It was both far more memorable and affordable than what we could have gotten at the funeral home. We are hoping to use her servicesin the future for happier occasions but she made a beautiful day that my loved one would have really liked.I recommend for any event you are planning!

When I had my 40th birthday party and needed creative ideas and every detail taken care of, I couldn't have asked for a better planner. The Pro Event Planners team took care of EVERY detail. They ordered my catering, liquor, transformed my backyard with lights and decor. They are patient, so friendly yet professional. Really easy to work with.

Melody was so quick to respond to my last minute request! I gave her my desired colors and she created the visions I had in my mind.

She communicated well and coordinated set up at the house and the yacht with multiple different parties- I didn’t have to worry about a thing! We’ll be using her again!
