Unfortunately we booked an office day at the ballpark in Charlotte NC - This company was awful - the bartender charged a 1,641.00 tab that was another companies on our charge card - when they figured out that they were wrong they then charged our 436.00 tab also telling me they credited the other one - well their person actually credited 7.50 instead of 1,641.00. Then after looking at the bill I called them the next day and told them they also charged us for over $212.00 in drinks that we did NOT consume. I spent over a week talking and emailing people who said they would fix it - lies- nothing was done - they did end up crediting the wrongfully charged 1,641 tab (after a week) back to the card but refuse to get back in touch with me and correct the drink issue. DO NOT book any office parties with them and if you do - make sure to keep a VERY close eye on the drinks you are being charged for as they mix up all the companies that are there and put the drinks on the wrong tabs .
