The therapists working here make a difficult situation fun. I've come to them for 2 knee replacements and would not consider going any where else. The staff have been there long term and immediately recognized me and welcomed me back with smiles, laughter, and caring hearts. They give me just the push I need to get well again, without making me hate them for it. A great group of people and I will never go any where else.

I was in a great deal of pain at my first visit. The therapy team did a great job trying to figure out the source of my pain and a plan to give me relief. I finished therapy in good shape with tools to help me stay that way. I would not hesitate to choose them again if I need therapy.

PTS is phenomenal for getting you up and going again. This is my second experience with going there after 2 knee replacement surgeries and I couldn’t be happier with results and staff. Always friendly and fun. They don’t let you get away with not doing the work but you have fun doing it! Special shout out to Michael for pushing me along and giving me the exercises I needed to strengthen myself!!!

I was having issues with my right ankle and the staff at Professional Therapy Services in Washington were very thoughtful, friendly and knowledgeable about how to treat my situation. They were able to treat my ankle to the point where I have much less pain than I had before going to them for treatment. This isn’t the first time I’ve used PTS. And the quality of service that I’ve gotten each time has been great they’ve helped me a lot over the years from the time in 2000 when I had to learn to walk over again from a surgery that went wrong to later having had both knees replaced at the same time. My left shoulder replaced. And the latest time when I cracked the left arm where the replacement had been done they have very good therapist that have always helped push me to get better, they also have several young people who are in school to learn physical therapy, and can get hands on training to make them much better at their chosen field of work. I would have no problem sending anyone I know to PTS!

I had been suffering with shoulder pain for almost a year thinking it was probably some arthritis coming on. My primary physician recommended therapy and I can't believe the difference it's made! PTS taught me to strengthen my muscles that were causing the problem, not arthritis. After 10 visits, I am pain free and can continue exercises on my own. I worked primarily with Michael and Laurie but also others including trainees. All were very professional, caring and excellent in providing therapies. I'll be back if I experience any other pain. Lesson learned; pain is rarely just "getting older".

The staff at PTS are so knowledgeable, professional, and really care about helping you feel better physically. Nick and Lauren have done such an amazing job helping to improve my mobility in my back and shoulder and I feel so much better since starting therapy. I have way less pain and I’ve seen huge improvements. The entire staff there is so friendly and fun to be around! I’d highly recommend going to see them!
