I absolutely loved working with Emily!! Not only was she able to understand my vision perfectly, but she also had many creative ideas of her own that worked so well for the final look. I really appreciated that she was organized, flexible, and quick to respond to all of my questions. On the day of, she executed everything beautifully and I had zero stress! Her talent speaks for itself (see photos), but what's equally important is that she is such a kind, empathetic, friendly, and patient person. I asked and Project Party NYC delivered!!! From the very start Emily from Project Party was responsive, helpful, creative and professional. She went above and beyond to ensure I loved every single detail of our baby shower decor. And even recommended a phenomenal photographer along the way! I knew I’d be in good hands with Emily and her team but nothingggg prepared me for the beautiful work they’d do on the day of our event. I had a baby shower for the books! I’m a very type A mama to be and had every single detail mapped out in a PowerPoint when I first spoke with Emily. She was responsive and supportive of my ideas and never pushed me in a direction that I wouldn’t be comfortable with.

I had the pleasure of working with Emily and Project Party for both my bridal shower and wedding and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From the first consultation to the actual execution of both events, their attention to detail and organization skills were remarkable. They took the time to understand my vision and made sure every aspect of the wedding was executed flawlessly. Their communication throughout the planning process was exceptional, and they made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. They also were amazing at working with the other vendors of both events. I hadn’t even realized how much coordination is needed between all vendors plus the event venue, but Emily jumped right in and didn’t even have me do so much as fill out one form myself. You are receiving exceptional value with this team.

On the day of my wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that everything was being taken care of. There were even some guests who asked Emily during the night if she was the Maid of Honor because that’s how on top of things she was! I can’t stress this enough, with Emily and Project Party, you are getting so more than just an event planner. This is a team that will go above and beyond and add that “wow factor” to not only the party itself, but also in the way they work with you to make your vision a reality.
