I contacted Project XO to help with a 25th birthday celebration for my daughter, scheduled at a winery. Hannah took all the details down and made sure the event came off without a hitch. The decor was beautiful, boho style and colors just as I requested. It was a surprise to my daughter and her friends enjoyed the day, visiting with one another in this winery venue. The charcuterie was beautiful as where the balloons and all the other set up. Im looking forward to using their services again in the future if I ever have the opportunity.

Project XO handled the day of coordination for our wedding at Oceanpoint Ranch in Cambria. They were amazing. The day was so smooth and stress free and ran beautifully. Hannah took so much care with every detail and rolled with everything that came up, all while staying incredibly calm. They also handled the set up and went above and beyond — everything looked so amazingly beautiful and was even set up ahead of schedule! What a magical and joy filled day that we will never forget. It wouldn’t have been possible without Hannah’s efforts and we can’t thank her and team enough!

I hired Project XO for my husband’s 60th birthday, and so happy I did. Beautiful decorations a bartender for cocktails before dinner Hannah put together a fabulous three-course meal with wine pairing.

I can't say enough incredible things about Hannah & Project XO! I hired Project XO to plan & coordinate a corporate team retreat for my company. Hannah was absolutely incredible to go through the process with - coordinating and negotiating everything with vendors, coming up with creative experience ideas, managing/maximizing the budget, and communicating everything beautifully...truly, a stress-free experience that took so much off my plate and had me feeling confident and at-ease from day one. But where Project XO really shined was the execution of the weekend. Not a single detail was a hair out of place - everything from food to timing to transportation was handled seamlessly. Our weekend included a champagne welcome at the hotel, an extravagant luxury Duffy cruise around Morro Bay, the MOST delicious brunch I've ever had courtesy of a private chef hosted at a luxury private vineyard estate that was decked to the nines (incredible), followed by a fabulous day of wine tasting. Every single moment was special thanks to Hannah's team diligently going above and beyond (even getting us custom-made desserts in the shape of a high heel!). Several of my employees told me they felt like they were living in a "Revolve-around-the-world Influencer event"...it felt exactly like that. The most glamorous, smooth weekend I've ever had. Truly, not a single complaint - it even all came in under budget!! Major kudos to Hannah and the entire Project XO team. Will be using them for every future team event without question.

Five stars do not do Hannah justice! She planned a BREATHTAKING engagement surprise for my girlfriend. She communicated with me every step of the way and even helped make last-minute accommodations with the incredibly talented photographer Hugo Martinez. The whole setting was lovely and belongs on a Pinterest board somewhere. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she will bend over backwards to make your event as memorable as possible.

Seeing the reaction on my now fiancé's face is something I'll be fortunate enough to cherish for the rest of my life. If you're looking for the best event planner in California, look no further, and call Project XO today.

Hannah put together the cutest boat date night for us and even played captain so we could relax! She put so much detail into every piece of decor, the food, and wine selection. Our date night boat ride in Morro Bay was one of the highlights of our trip!

I don't think 5 stars is enough but that is the max amount I can give. I cannot express enough how great it was to have Hannah and the rest of the Project XO team coordinate my wedding! She was my month of coordinator. She is not only amazing to talk to and but took all of my unorganized thoughts and organized them. She was always just a text or a phone call away when I needed her. The hand off of vendor coordination went so smoothly! We needed a full staff of people to run our wedding and not only did she have the resources but she was able to coordinate all of them without a hitch! I cannot recommend her enough as a coordinator and as just a wonderful person to have working my wedding day! Hire her!
