This is our go-to location when we stay at Disney's Wilderness Lodge to fill up our fridge. You get the usual selection of a Publix market and the fresh food section is well organized. The prices are high though. Gone are the times when feed in the US was easily affordable. The "foreign foods" section is available but quite small and was not stacked well

I had to pick up meds since I am recovering from surgery, and I went into this Publix with a brace. I would give this Publix location a Negative Star review if I could. Their customer service manager with the greasy slicked hair, I didn’t get his name, was actually rude and I’ve never encountered that at a Publix. They had the wrong sizes of crisps in the wrong place, also bags of expired ones and he said “no we don’t, there’s never expired product on our shelves” and I handed him 4 bags that were, and then he looked at my picture of the mismarked shelf and said he didn’t understand at all what was wrong and gave me a fake smile. They had a sale, but the sale tag was on the wrong sized bags and the pictures show it, but he made me walk over to the displays with my brace on to show him and he still denied it.

P.S. After I posted my review, I read others like Fred, Tim and Rebecca below…..interesting how they too have said this location is not the normal friendly Publix and had expired items as well.

This is quite possibly the best Publix in Central Florida. It’s large well stocked and beautiful clean as you could ever want. The staff are plenty and they’re very helpful when you ask for something. I’m also pretty sure this is the only Publix that has a tiny little cemetery in the parking lot so a bonus points for you if you get to that.

Modern concept, bright, spacious, and clean. Loved the balcony seating for eating lunch. This area was also kept clean and organized. Hope to see more of these in the near future. The rest of the plaza also has a great variety of places to eat.

Melissa and the bakery department created an awesome Christmas cake. It was delicious. Melissa was extremely nice and I appreciated her enthusiasm. Laura at checkout was very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet her. And thank you Michael for your friendly attitude. This Publix is exceptionally clean and well stocked. Easy access from the Disney area.

OMG the Nashville Hot breaded chicken wings were to die for. They were HUGE!I could only eat two because they had so much tender juicy meat. Grand Opening was today and this store is absolutely gorgeous inside! It has a cold/salad and hot bar with an upstairs seating area. The sushi was excellent too! I got the Mango con Chile roll. It was a little spicy and the rice was perfect. The staff were all incredibly helpful. They got me setup with the Publix app and showed me how to clip coupons. Looking forward to visiting this location again soon!

Outstanding new Dr. Phillips Publix
Great energy, spacious, organized, friendly, clean/polished and very customer focused. And fresh coffee might be ready when the store opens. Great job store manager Paul Shetzel.

Seems like a fairly new store...very clean...popped in to use the restroom and buy some protein bars for a snack. Used the self checkout and was in and out quickly. Didn't get the chance to explore the whole store...but it was nice.
