We had the honor of photographing and filming a wedding where Mary was the event planner - and okay just wow. She and her team are TOP notch. Her communication is literally so on top of it, we were texting the morning of working out a game plan for potential ran and a few other surprises that sometimes happen on wedding days and working with her was so stress free. It was truly relaxing and refreshing, and it's not every day you work with vendors who are so on top of things where they are just calm and present and fun to be around the whole day - but that's Mary for you. If you want to have a day that is completely stress free and everything is taken care of, look no further. Mary's got you. We loved working with her and cannot wait for the next time we get to work together again!

From our very first meeting with Mary, my husband and I knew she was the perfect fit for us! She is organized, creative, funny, and refreshingly sarcastic during what can be a stressful process. She thinks outside of the box and respected every request we made—if something was unrealistic, she kindly reeled us in and made a suggestion we could pivot to. Planning a wedding was a first for us, and we hadn’t paid much attention to the details at our friends’ weddings. Mary guided us in brainstorming our options and created a stunning vision board that we shared with our other vendors to convey the vibe we wanted. She also used her experience/expertise to build time into the schedule for just the two of us to take a moment together to take it all in. That time together after the ceremony became one of our favorite parts of the night, all thanks to Mary’s thoughtful suggestion!

Mary’s fantastic vendor recommendations and the strong relationships she has cultivated in the industry provide her couples with access to a wide selection of talent. When I told other vendors who our coordinator was, they all exclaimed about how amazing Pure Events was. Every vendor was confident that with Mary at the helm, everything would run smoothly.

On our wedding day, Mary and her team put us completely at ease. I attempted to lift a finger a few times and each time, Mary instructed me to go finish getting ready. Because of the time we spent planning everything with her, I had complete confidence in her bringing our vision to life and was able to enjoy the morning!

The reception setup with all the decor was STUNNING thanks to Pure Events. We had a bit of a non traditional reception as it was in my parent's backyard, and she completely transformed the space into the wedding of our dreams! Many of our guests remarked on how smoothly everything went, crediting Mary and Charlotte as a well-oiled machine. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator—and now, a dear friend! Mary and team were amazing to work with for our wedding in August 2024. Hiring Mary as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Mary is exceptionally organized and is always ready to answer your questions (and you’ll have a ton of them!). My partner Xander and I had an interfaith wedding– Jewish and Lutheran– and Mary took the time to ask us questions about our vision for the day, and also did research on her own to learn more about the Jewish traditions with which she wasn’t as familiar. She ensured our wedding represented both of our traditions and that everyone in our family felt included. Mary was also a life saver during the planning process when things did not go according to plan. We ran into a serious issue when our venue tried to charge us massive additional fees for food and bar service, and Mary was a relentless advocate for us throughout that process. We saved thousands of dollars because of her support and industry know-how.
