Horrible customer service! Not suitable for out of town customers. Not willing to accommodate out of town customers with an alternative to in-person viewings. They do not provide virtual tours or a possibility to see options other than coming in. They were very vague in the services provided. It was like pulling teeth to get basic information. I was told "well you don't live in Tampa so..." and that was the end of the statement made. A proper hello with an introduction to the business name would also be a common courtesy when answering a phone.
