Old building, not very user friendly but fear not as the NEW town hall/municipal building is in the ending stages of construction right up the road. The new place will be awesome. Thank you to the awesome Republican leadership in town for making this a reality. This new building will be great for the whole town.

Hard place to locate. But once it was found everything went smoothly. Got all the documents I needed. Staff was very friendly nice vibes and relaxing music. Such an extreme change over to this new building. I stopped at the original building first it looked like an abandoned old Victorian haunted house. IDK But I'm glad it's no longer there. Safety first. 😊

Watched videos online of public interactions inside this town hall.
Mayor Barney is a gem that can not be duplicated. His willingness to stand up for the publics rights granted to us by the constitution in a time where it would be so easy to trample on those rights, this Mayor shines like a beacon of hope that maybe one day people in public will know what rights we have as Americans... BRAVO

Would give them zero stars if possible. Worst customer service you will ever experience was on hold for 40 mins just to be hung up on I guess that's what happens when you hiring with no requirements to do car work

Born and raised here. Great leadership most years and current leadership is outstanding in how it has responded to Putnam needs. Great complex almost finished...town hall, library, historical society and community center which will get a lot of use and hopefully by Putnam seniors. People forget the committee headed by Alan Rawson which worked for several years to find a location, architect and initial implementation of this project. Barney jumped right in 2-1/2 years ago and pushed to competion. Can't wait to walk through those doors in a few months.

I saw a video on YouTube where they went in with cameras the mayor Barney Seney was absolutely amazing if he ever runs in Texas he has my vote thank you Barney Seney for being totally transparent and a true American

Although the entry options are limited, - the elevator on one side and the stairs on the other side of the building are a bit awkward - the folks inside make you feel welcome and absolutely without a hint of intrusion into their day as municipal employees.
