The Ohio State Park Camp ground located off Pymatuning Lake Rd in Ohio, is a nice camp ground for those looking for a cabin rental stay.... lots of cabins and space to play too.... they have 2 size cabin to select from and playgrounds for the kids too..

There also a beach area and boat launch all located within this area for those coming to visit, stay and play...

You can contact the Ohio State Park for further details but this is another great asset for the Pymatuning Lake Region and those that come to visit.

Overall they monitor the park well. Housekeeping was good in the cabin. Friendly staff.

Employees were very friendly. Reservations were easy to make. Cabins were very clean and beautiful inside.

While the atmosphere and ease of staying at these cabins is great, this cabin needs some maintenance work. Screens on the porch were torn and needed replacing, some tiles in the bathroom were loose and light switches were confusing. Employees were friendly and accommodating. Sheets, blankets, towels and kitchen supplies were clean and make the trip simple to make.

We just got back from a weekend of fun at Ohio's Pymatuning State Park campground. We had a great time there. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The location was very nice along the west shore of Pymatuning Reservoir. The campground was very well kept and the shower houses were cleaned daily. There was a variety of campsites and most were spaced out well. There were many areas that would accommodate group camping as well. The park's Naturalist was very knowledgeable about the park and the area's animals and vegetation. She kept the kids very interested during the planned activities. There are boat launches and rentals in the area, Pymatuning Deer Park for the kids, and great fishing too. The only problems we experienced during our stay was some unruly guests that decided to set off fireworks and cause other problems. The Park Ranger made his presence known and the ruckus stopped. We will probably go back in the future.

I can never say enough good things about the staff at the Pymatuning state park office. They have us a hospitality that I thought only existed in the deep South. They did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one when we had to come up for an unpleasant task involving family. I am in extreme amazement how amazing they did. Will definitely visit them again when we have more time to enjoy the beautiful park

Went to check out sites this spring - They have timbered the pet sites - removed 80% of trees. How sad what was a nice campground is now a big open area with separate fire rings. There is no privacy or shade anymore. Not sure what they were thinking. Cut down some beautiful old oaks and walnuts - along with all the smaller trees as well. I was beyond shocked and deeply saddened.
