We had a lot of problems with the Bluetooth we weren’t able to connect. the AC wasn’t working until the end of the night. I would say our driver was very polite. I had forgotten things on the bus so I called and they told me I would be able to go pick my belongings up. When I went they had told me someone else had gone to pick up MY belongings. They had agreed to send me a camera footage of the person who went in to get my belongings. I never got that either. Would not book with them!!

Just wanted send a huge thank you to Q's luxury limousine company for a wonderful experience from start to finish. Your company went above and beyond for all of us. Our group were planning our 20th year high school class reunion and felt like it was in all of our best idea to have a safe way of transportation for the entire evening. Nobody had to worry about driving or ubers, taxis, etc. We all were together having fun the entire time. We worked out all the details for a party Limo bus that could accomadate our group of about 20 people comfortably. They had several options to choose from and different vehicles depending on availability and we wanted.
The owner Sal was amazing to speak with over the phone. He went out of his way to accomadate our needs and to ensure our night was pefect. Our main focus was to pick everyone up at their homes and return everyone home safely when our evening was over. The owner Sal understood our goal. He was very easy to talk to. I contacted him several times during the intial planning stage and we had great communication over the course of several weeks leading up to our event. It was easy to plan out the evening with him. Simple, which is sometime the best and easiest. Easy payment options over the phone. Prices were the best in town by far and saved me the headache of trying price compare. You get what you pay for. Everything he promised he delivered on. We had the bus for the entire day to go wherever we wanted. No hidden fuel charges, no late fees, no gas charges... Nothing! Our night was a total success. I personally would use this company again for any limousine / party bus rental needs in the future again without any hesitation.
First of all the bus showed up right on time which was huge. The party bus was very clean. SlThe bus smelled great. It was a newer style bus with all the amenities, lots of comfortable seating, refrigerator available, clean stocked bathroom available, dance club light show lights, awesome sounds system that you have full control or use of, privacy glass if we wanted, working air condition and heater and on and on! It was 100% perfect. Best of all was our driver Rodney. This dude was down to earth, very easy to get along with, had a positive attitude and great energy about him. Clear communication of where the bus would be parked at all times and each location for us to go to.and from with ease. He went way out of his way at the end of the night to ensure every made it home safley and into their homes before leaving. We had ZERO worries or concerns, which is the exact reason we rented from this company.
If you are in need for this service for wedding, a dance, an event, a concert, a ball game, a fun night out or whatever the reason. You won't regret it. I personally vouch you are in great hands with Q's Luxury Limousine rental out of Rockford, IL. Ask for Rodney as your driver. Thanks for your professionalism all day and night.
